Reason for Discontinuing
The Veloster N was the revised version of the Veloster Turbo discontinued after 2017, and if you are looking to buy one, you will
be horribly enlightened.
The 2017 Turbo had fantastic leather seats, better designed doors with soft touch materials, and much more pleasing center console.
Ironically, Hyundai removed ALL of that for some bewildering reason.
The N only has cloth seats, which are impossible to keep clean compared to leather or pleather, extremely CHEAP hard plastics everywhere, and a bizarrely intruding right side ( console ) wall.
Reality is reality. The entire car was redesigned, but unnecessarily. 275 HP is NOWHERE near enough to demand $ 34,000 dollars. You can get a 4 cyl Camaro for $26k,or a Mustang with over 300.
Hyundai shot itself in the foot instantly pricing the N over $ 28 grand. EVERY review you read because there are hundreds of used N's online for sale, say the same thing In just did.
*Like morons, Hyundia is doing the same thing to the Kona N now. It will be gone in 2 years.
