I am generally satisfied with the vehicle. Major concern is that the AC/heater fan does not completely turn off. Vents must be completely closed to stop warm or cool air from blowing in. The steering isn't great. Notifications such as the coffee symbol telling me to take a break seem to be sporadic. I have to press AM or FM radio multiple times to get it to respond. The vehicle is loud on highways. Wind noise is concerning on the driver side (I repeatedly check to make sure my windows is not slightly open.

Love the car absolutely hate the take a coffee break app .

Hate the coffee break app that is always going off. I can just get into the car and with in 5 minutes it's ringing for me to take a coffee break. It is so annoying that I am thinking in trading in our new car. Service department saids they have heard aloe of complaints but they are not authorized to fix it or disconnect it. We get a lot of wind here in Jefferson city Mo and they tell me the sensors are very touchy. It is especially worst on the highways. In my previous Hyundais you were able to disconnect. This is absolutely a terrible app. Please fix on my car now. Do a recall if necessary. It is so annoying. Also the car is very noisy on the highway.

Great Vehicle!

I got my Tucson in Nov. of 2025. Have over 8000 miles in 4 months. Has been a great car so far. No issues. Comfortable, quiet, decent mileage and nice to drive. Only have a few things I don't like and all are related to the electronics. The touch screen heater controls are not good. Without tactile buttons, you have to completely look away from the road to adjust things. Also had to Google how to reset the oil change reminder. Not very intuitive. Really that is about it so far. I am not a fan of all the automated electronic gizmos, but that is just me being nit picky.

Solid vehicle!

I truly love this vehicle. The only qualms I have is that the acceleration is not as efficient, and I wish the ambient lighting was in more places throughout the car.

Windshiled cracked at 30 days with no apparant reason. Random crack???

Not happy with the dealership (there 3 times) or Hyundai's lack of response. Said they would contact me back about the issue I reported and over 30 days later I still have not heard from from them. I was very happy with the vehicle unitl the windshield cracked during a bad weather spell for no apparant reason. Thhris time at the dealer they conducted a pen test (not very scientific) and stated they would not replace. Still waiting on a repsonse from Corporate over 30 days later. After this I will probably not recommend or even buy another of this brand vehicle.

Overall, I like the car I’m getting used to all bells and whistles.

I like the car I like having an SUV. There are a few features I do not prefer, and that is when the car goes into idle mode and the fact that you have to turn it off every time you start the car there should be a way to default to my preference. Also, the placement of the speed control on the steering wheel. I tend to hit it every once in a while and can’t go above 20 miles an hour other than that, I like the car.

Poor First Impressions Due to Quality Issues

I’m very disappointed with the overall quality of the exterior trims and interior materials. For a SEL Premium, I expected much better fit and finish. The interior has a lot of hard plastic and some sharp edges, which makes it feel lower quality than expected. Within a few days of purchase, a door trim came loose and had to be fixed by the dealer. There is also a trim piece above the window that is visibly misaligned. Overall, this created a poor first impression and raises concerns about the vehicle’s build quality.
