I love the car, bur I didn't like the person that did my paperwork, i was still working on getting the paperwork done in the office closed and everybody else had left. I did not want an extended warning and the gap.And I did not want the gap insurance. He told me if I didn't like it that I could call back in December and he would not take my calls and or messages that I send. I\nTalked to the dealership manager and he was said he would make sure that he called me back.So I could cancel both policies. I started calling the dealership 1 months after I got the car. I talked to the salesman also , and they said they take care of it; but nobody ever returned any of my calls at the dealership. So a couple months ago I went back to the dealership and talked to another man that did the financing paperwork for me to sign, and he was very nice and help me get all the paperwork done that.I needed to get the amount of money taken off my loan. The man that I talked to before I had to sign the paperwork wouldn't return any calls or answer me in any way and I had to drive all away from in the mountains to the dealership, but the man helped me, he took care of everything, but it took over 2 minds for them to process it, they just processed it at the end of last month. I talked to whoever answered the phone and they would take him the message to call me but he never would call me back. But last month, I finally got it, credited back to the bank for the car was financed.

SUV regret

Bought this suv based on the great results we had with our Sonata, great car everything worked very well. This suv has been a huge disappointment on so many accounts.

GREAT CAR AT A REASONABLE PRICE POINT

I actually do like my Hyundai Tucson, however the main problem I have is that my CARPLAY often just stops working out of the blue. It's extremely frustrating as sometimes when I'm preparing to leave and put in a destination, it WILL NOT CONNECT my carplay and whatever I do to re-install it, just doesn't work. NEXT time I get into vehicle, it's working! OFF & ON most days!

This 2025 model has issues

This has been the worst vehicle that I have had. It has two recalls on it. The first finger print start has been nothing but a frustration! It has never worked like it should. I spent so much time trying to get it to work. I finally had to figure out how to disable it. If it needs air in a tire, you fill the tire however you can't get the low tire warning to stop showing up. When driving waring bells sound when no ther vehicle is around. I wish that I was not on a lease, I feel like it just has to many issues.

Pretty good car

Works as advertised, gets good mileage, has one minor noise issue, and a problem with adaptive cruise control we just discovered. Hoping there is a fix. Too early to tell about reliability, car has only 7k miles

Reliable & Sharp Looking

Good reliable vehicle. This car is built for safety. 9 cameras keep you up to date on where everyone else is on the road. Love all the tech, my favorite is the heads up display on the windshield. 8 speaker Bose stereo and the power sunroof are excellent. Very comfortable.

Short Review of my 2025 tucson

Overall, no major complaints. Acceleration to response time is very late. Gear shifts hard during intial 3 miles of every day. Build quality is average.
