Poor Build quality, bumpy rides, uncomofortable long rides, horrible customer services, safety features wont work correctly with BlueLink. Totally Bad experience.
Build quality of the car leaves much to be desired. The interior feels cheap, the seats are uncomfortable for long drives, and the overall driving experience is not as smooth as I had hoped. On top of all this, the customer service provided by Hyundai has been disappointing. It often takes days to resolve BlueLink account set up and still does not resolved at all and even then, the solutions the customer service team keep repeating the same procedure again and again and still does not work.
Overall, I regret purchasing a Hyundai car and would not recommend it to others looking for a reliable and comfortable vehicle.
