Was very good

Overall I am very satisfied with the performance and handling of my Tucson!! I am anxious to see how it performs in the snow. As I learn to use all the extra options I am liking it better than I expected.

Great car!!

Trixie (my Tucson) is the best car I've ever owned! I love her so much. She's so comfortable and safe! The ventilated front seats are my favorite part right now, with the temperature over 100° F. Overall, I would recommend this car to anyone looking for a stylish and reliable ride.

Good experience with dealership and availability of vehicle we wante.

Good experience with dealership and had vehicle we wanted. Good value and like all the options. Bought Tuscon Limited…good interest rates. This is our fourth Hyundai…all SUVs. Will probably look at hybrid and ev options next time.

Very thorough.

Your survey does not include the year 2023 in it That's the year of my new Hyundai. I love the look of my new Tucson. I REALLY wish it had a CD player. The gas mileage is not good. My husband and I are Seniors and we are challenged to enter or exit the car without banging our heads on the door frame. Wayne Hopgood is a real asset to your dealership. He was awesome to deal with!

I enjoy the car

All is good. 2 simple adds on would be nice. Garage door opener and a compass. Didn't want to spend so much more for the premium line just for that. So easy for that to be standard but it's not. I enjoy the ride.

Color of vehicle was not as described and rim color also. Not as driver friendly as 2020 Tucson. Displays not as accessible. Push button shift definitely a negative purchased quickly thinking similar to prior vehicle but feel much lower quality. Floor carpet not even finished !

Sucks on fuel

The technology is very well thought out in this vehicle. Gas mileage wasn't very well thought out. I can't afford to keep a full tank of gas. I have to fuel up quite often now and I'm not happy about it.

Long and hard thoughts

A lot of room first off open the sunroof feel like you sitting outside. Everything soft the lay out everything just flows nice. A Great ride. The speaker are powerful best sound ever without having to get some put in. Everyone can hear you lol.

I am really enjoying this new Tucson limited, I an still learning all about it and give it a 10.

This is the third Hyundai I have owned and I have had absolutely no problems no oil added between oil changes with my 2015 Sonata, my 2019 Tucson and hope to continue same with my 2023 Tucson limited.

Dealership was very accommodating to my needs

So far I love it. Although I have driven a manual for 30+ years, this automatic is responsive and easy to control. I like the look of the vehicle and the sight lines. Very happy with my purchase. Would definitely recommend

Excellent vehicle!

Everything about this vehicle is excellent. I have a fully loaded brand new one and its amazing to drive it. Everyone in my family is happy about this purchase. And the salesman and dealership folks were amazingly easy to deal with.

Car drives like a dream

I traded in my 2020 Tucson for this one and I am not disappointed at all. This car rides very smooth, looks great, I got the windows tinted looks more amazing. I will be keeping this car for at least 10 years (minimum) It has the 3 keys features I wanted, but came with even more than expected. If you are even thinking about this car, go test drive one, I did so much research that I went and bought.

Great car for small family

Not only is it comfortable to drive and ride in, it gets good gas mileage, looks sharp, and has an amazing warranty. Is a smaller vehicle but feels like a large one. The number of features and the ease of using them is also out of this world.

Overall, the vehicle is a good vehicle. I wish that the acceleration was faster and easier to press on the pedal. The seat was more comfortable for long drives. And I feel it should get better gas mileage.

I’ve had several Tucsons never had any issues

This is our fifth Tucson and they have all been reliable for us and we have never experienced any mechanical issues. Additionally, our family has had three Elantras with the same problem free experience.

Underwhelming Lerformance. Climate control issues

I bought the car brand new. Within 2000 miles the AC started intermittently shutting down. They worked on. It stopped within 600 miles of Hyundai fixing it. Bose speakers are useless. Super low when connecting via Bluetooth and not that great when connecting through USB.

2023 Hyundai Tucson hybrid review

The main reason for 2 star rating is during to the low mileage it is giving me.ocer highways and in local roads it's no where near to what was advertised barely giving 27/32(hwy/city) compared to the decal of 36/37.

Everything was wonderful

Great car. It’s my third one I’ve leased through Wallace. Sammi, the salesman, has always been great to me. Everyone was friendly and courteous. Would recommend the dealership and Sammi to all my friends.
