Love my car. So far best decision I've made in a long time

Love my Tucson. Bought it new. Christian the sales man was patient and understanding. Didn't push at all. Told him what I was looking for and he made it happen. Gary Rome gave me a fair price on my car. And it's been a year, and my only complaint is it needs a bigger fuel tank and the fuel gauge is behind the steering wheel for me. But love the ride , the sound system, ground clearance, and the way it looks. The rims are sharpe and the lights are cool looking. Thank you for building a car for me.

Roof leaks from factory

The car looks beautiful drives great (when you can have it) tech is great all of that stuff is great. Here's the thing the moonroof had to be replaced because it leaked the headliner was stained and everything. It got replaced, the headliner however didn't. The headliner has never been properly installed since the we hot the car. There are gaps between the moknroof rail and headliner and the buttons to openthe moonroof blue link etc is not connected to the roof. When you push up to click it in place it will just unlock out and drop down again. The repair took over a month!

Handles nice. Great ride

Vehicle has nice features. Interior very comfortable. Handles great. Good warranty. The car does haveca musty smell when ac is on. Dealership was not cooperative in remedying the situation.also uses oil between oil changes. Should not.

Vehicle looks are great and offers tons of features but the issues is with the build quality and reliability of the vehicle, lot of cabin noise and rattling noise in the cabin in the bumpy roads. Service team is very bad and the response is too bad

Completely satisfied with the price and the quality

I really love the 2023 Tuscon which I purchased new at the end of last year. The inside is very comfortable and very functional. It has a very comfortable ride and access is easy. The warning features (lane change, vehicle ahead and crossing behind the vehicle) are wonderful and make us confidant in our safety. The vehicle is easy to drive and I am comfortable driving it on all kinds of roads, regardless of the traffic. Acceleration could be stronger but it is adequate. The price was outstanding, especially with respect to the value which you receive. The vehicle appearance is attractive from every angle. I had a great sales staff at the Hyundai dealership. Frankly, we were not sure what kind of vehicle we wanted. The sales rep asked us questions about our wants and needs and then helped us to find the vehicle that met all those. I researched this vehicle and compared it to other comparable vehicles, including actually test driving models by Chevrolet and Honda. The Hyundai was rated as high or higher than the other vehicles and was available at a more attractive price. Very content.

Love my Tucson, but wish I would have waited for the upgraded model to come in, so that I would have had all the features available.

Should have waited for the top model to come in. Missing a lot of the features I would have liked to have, like heated/cooled front and rear seats, electric passenger seat, heated steering wheel, tow package and dash blind spot camera.

Safety

I suggest to make the build quality stronger from the safety point of view. It should have enough capacity to absorb side and back impact form the safety point of view. Because when we see the accident vehicle it is crushed very badly.

Excellent vehicle

Excellent vehicle with no problem very comfortable and easy only problem is sometimes the handle lock ing. Sometimes I have to use the fab to close and lock the door. I have to dig into my pants pocket and look for the key fab.

Gas mileage is not what was reported

Overall the Tucson is good--it is a well made, comfortable car and the driving is great. However, we paid more for a hybrid and on economy mode I only get 29-32 MPG. Also the touchscreen/radio/navigation is poorly designed--it is very confusing and the map does not work well.

So far everything works as expected.

Everything works well. All the features are what I wanted and have met my expectations. The milage is good and the ride feels comfortable and secure. So far the vehicle has had no problems, which is expected since it only has about 8,000 miles. Check back when I get to 100,000 miles.

Happy Retirement to Me!

I decided on Hyundai for several reasons. Style, Comfort, Ride, all so sleek and smooth. My co-worker test drove it in the parking lot, the next day he went & bought one for his wife. Hyundai never disappoints. Thank you Hyundai! ?

Great car, just needs software updates

I love the car, SOS button, cameras that help when doing lane changes, or reversing/parking. Only downfall is forward collision brake assist, it is too sensitive and you can't permanently disable it, you have to shut it off every time you get in the car.

This is our first leased vehicle and we were impressed by the exterior and interior of the car. As a family of four, it suited our needs best and the large trunk space helps a lot. the price aligned with our budget comfortable so it was a win option for us.

Overall good quality. Spacious an eye catcher and good on gas. I use this suv in all terrain.. the automatic shifting from one gear to the next is smooth. The engine is quiet and the outer body of the vehicle is very pretty

Tucson Hybrid Blue JUST PERFECT

I have driven a 2015 Nissan Rogue since new. Decided to buy another NEW vehicle. First tried to buy locally in my home town but dealer add on prices, over sticker price, were way too high. Found this Hyundai Tucson Blue Hybrid and it had most everything I wanted. Would have liked leather & 360 cameras but, that wasn't an option on the car that I purchased. However, I'm satisfied with my 2023 Hyundia Tucson Blue Hybrid.

Worst dealer ever

Nice vehicle, nothing luxury just to take you from point A to B. The milage per gallon is higher than what is prognosticated. The side mirrors are not retractable as all new cars now, only the driver’s seat is electric. Back leg room too tide. The fabric for the seats feels roug.

Enjoy driving my vehicle. Have had many compliments.

Everything about my vehicle is exceptional except for time required for service. When scheduling an appointment for oil change, etc, should be in and out within less than an hour. My first visit I sat there for over 3 hours. This is my only complaint.

Just what we wanted

After replacing a Honda CRV we had wrecked- we got a Tucson Hybrid after researching for awhile. Our adult daughter had researched & purchased one last year & we were a little “envious” so we got a Deep Sea Blue Limited & love it- except for having to plug in our phone. (We’d trade out the navigation since we have it on our phone.) But since that’s our biggest complaint- we are happy!

It is a very good quality car. It consumes little fuel. Very good technological features. Even though the price I think is slightly high, overall it is an excellent vehicle. I definitely recommend it.
