The car has had the engine replaced with only 1,400 mile on it.

We had to buy this vehicle when our Santa Fe had major engine problems. But thew Tucson is under powered and with only 1,400 miles on it the engine siezed up and had to be replaced. We were happy with our experience with Santan Hyundai in Gilbert AZ. The the dealer in Billings MT where the engine was repalaced were not helpful as all and I will not buy from that dealership

2023 Tuscan Meh

Gas mileage was a lie. Plus other issues. The audio controls are backwards and are not convenient to use. The wireless charger is ridiculously slow and very inconveniently located. There is something inside the doors that will scratch off your tint. I don’t have any kids or anyone to drop anything in there to scratch it. It’s in the same spot on both sides. The dealership isn’t much help and is very inconvenience as well. They didn’t care about my safety and also let me drive my car off the lot after not completing my oil change correctly that lead to me being stranded on the road out of town. Had to wait for a tow truck for two hours in the cold because I didn’t feel safe waiting on the side of the road while all the 18 wheelers wizzed passed me on the side of the road. I will never buy another Hyundai.

Pressured to get into a vehicle I can't afford.

I was pressured to get into a brand new vehicle I couldn't afford after finding out I couldn't qualify for the vehicle I was going for. To add insult to injury they rolled over my balance from the previous vehicle to this new one and made so I had negative equity on this vehicle from the start and didn't even inform me. Now I'm upside down on this car and struggling financially! It'd be nice if your company could help me out of this situation.

love my Hyundai and would buy another one

I love my Hyundai and would buy another one it is very reliable and safe - it stopped when another car pulled out in front of me and avoided a crash - I love the lane assist it lets me know when I have crossed over the line in the road

beautiful car, fun to drive

beautiful styling inside and out, excellent driver assistance, kept me from having 3 fender benders in the past year. fun to drive, love the heated leather seats. the sport driving mode is super quick, the smart driving mode is great for fuel economy.

Decent low end vehicle

Several issues with the brand, but given that it's a low end vehicle, those are to be expected. Very unhappy with dealerships charging over MSRP. We were in a head on collision that totalled our previous vehicle, and were pretty much over a barrel- and the dealership took full advantage of it.

Competitive, yet compromises evident

The 2023 Hyundai Tucson Hybrid is competitively priced, feature rich at the Blue trim level and futuristic in design. However, the few shortcomings leave a bad enough taste in your mouth to make you wonder if you should've splurged on something else.

Tucson Hybrid is better than expected !!! Humble Hyundai buying experience negates any future purchase

Tucson Hybrid AWD is the perfect all purpose vehicle. The first Hyundai I ever purchased, but Humble Hyundai buying experience negates any future purchase of Hyundai until possible resolution. They will did not return any calls. The $2,000 market adjust fails the Value to Purchase category.

A great alternative to Toyota. There were cars available on the lot. Wide windshield is great for vision. Love the leather seats and ac and heat for seats. Beautiful car inside and out. Will likely purchase another Hyundai.

Great vehicle buy it

Great car don’t change a thing. Make a good deal on it don’t take the first offer rides nice it rides nice and has all the features you will ever need good gas mileage stying makes it look great I’m think of getting another one after the lease is up.

Nice vehicle

I was looking EV and ended up buying Tucson, which I think now was a good decision. The vehicle provides value for money but now as EVs have brought down prices, it may face tough competition in the future. The exterior is very good. The Interior has a scope for improvements.

Sfjll good vehicle for the price point

The vehicle is still good for the price point. My reasons for purchasing vehicle was due to unavailability of my first two vehicle choices (due to supply chain and dealer mark-up) and recommendation by a coworker's satisfaction with his Tucson hybrid. Now that he is experiencing engine/motor shifting problems, the jury may still be out on me recommending this vehicle.

Mileage not as expected

Not a good hilly highway car. I live in a semi mountainous area with some flat driving. even on a flat highway mileage is below what I expected for a car this size. In town driving mileage is way below what is advertised and expected.

Sharp looking

This car is sharp looking both in and out, the N Line offers you a sporty look with the convenience of a SUV. Would definitely buy again, very good on gas and is quite roomy inside for people and groceries or anything else you need to put in the back.

Quick and nimble

I love this vehicle. This car is designed the way I would design a car for features and options included. The worst feature is the flaky bluetooth connectivity through Android Auto, but I believe all of the problems are associated with Android Auto rather than Hyundai.
