My Tucson experience has been just great!

Love, love everything about this make/model. The styling, safety, performance, quality, reliability, value and pricing are superb! I have owned three Tucsons in 3 years. I favor this car for the reasons mentioned above! Just the best!

Terrible Service

My vehicle is overdue for service. When I tried to schedule it, I was told the earliest appointment WAS 5 WEEKS AWAY! Totally unacceptable. Why does this require more than 200 characters? The first 2 sentences said it al.

Great SUV

I really love my car.I finally got the red car I always wanted fully equipped.Very satisfied with my interior which was s black.Like heated seats,good gas mileage,nice sun roof,wireless charging station and I can even open my hatch from the ground beside which is a nice plus

I like the vehicle. I think that the payments are very high for new cars now. Tires during the winter can be a issue but that is the case for all cars during the winter. It is a comfortable ride and my family enjoys it.

Great SUV

Comfortable interior and ride, bluetooth phone integration, great sound system with Sirius band, easy to reach controls, great gas mileage. The style and body lines are great looking and I've received many compliments.

2022 new Tuscan love this car I’ve been really happy I bought in Yuma but live in Mesa now so oil would recommend this car I like the cream interior as well. Blah blah etc etc :)changes are done at Horne

I really like this vehicle. Everything about it is nice. looks great drives and handles great. Very nice overall the looks handling easy of using controls. I like that all I have to do is ask it to dial 911 and your immediately connected to the emergency operator.

nice riding car / have leased several santa fe and 1st tuscon due to payments. the style good but trim and inside could use some more updates to make it look and feel more impressive to drive. had 4 santa fe before loved them

Poor gas mileage; road noise at higher speeds; poor rear wiper design

Poor gas mileage for a 4 cylinder; road noises at higher speeds; need for more insulation on the side and bottom of the car for road noises; poor rear wiper design as it does not adequately cover the rear window

Great five year warranty

Like that the vehicle comes with a five year and sixty thousand mile warranty. With 3 years of free oil changes. Plus 3 years free of blue tooth that includes help using bluetooth. Decent gas mileage in city in upper 30s

Very satisfied with my 22 Tucson Hybrid

In most respects I am very satisfied with my Tucson Hybrid. The design is good and the handling and driving experience are great. The purchase and ownership experience have room for improvement, as is probably the case with almost all makes and models.

Solid car with good styling and comfort. Really like the extended warranty as it gives peace of mind and shows the builder stands behind their product. Surprisingly good fuel economy. The emergency button is great. My wife had a flat tire and pushed the alert button. They knew where she was and dispatched a repair person to change the tire.

I like the car but have a lot of problems with the service.

I like the vehicle. A couple of electronic things have broken and I'm having trouble getting them repaired. I don't appreciate driving 1/2 hours to get there, waiting 3 hours and then find out that some of the requests weren't done.

My first hybrid suv

I love my hybrid I wish it was a limited, but. It's not I would have gladly paid the difference for a limited. I love the warranty, comfort and luxury. I'd still trade for an identical limited and gladly write a check for the difference.

Tucson didn’t met the expectations.

I bought the car for it safety features but it doesn’t parking sensor the back camera detects moving objects but not the fixed object. Seat is not comfortable for 6 foot. It doesn’t have lumbar support.

It wasn’t what I wanted

Overall nice suv. I miss my car . I feel like a grandma when driving it. I don’t feel as if this car fits me and my personality. I wanted to go from a car to suv, as I have big dogs I need to transport in times of emergencies, but I kinda felt forced into this suv. Palisade was my first choice, but no one worked with me on my numbers and just threw me into second best.

Seating experience is excellent comfort getting in vehicle and out is not challenging.
