My 2020 Hyundai Tuscon is a quality vehicle in various ways. It is nice looking, well-designed, and well engineered.

I have owned numerous Hyundai Tuscon's over the past 15-20 years. At this time, my wife and I have a 2022 and a 2023 Tuscon. Obviously, we think highly of the overall quality, looks, and reliability of our vehicles.

Nice car with just a couple issues.

The car is beautiful and has a lot of features and drives great in all conditions. It's only marred by the fact that the amplifier sometimes crashes and needs the fuse reset, non-functional touch to unlock, and the front proximity sensors sometimes acting like we're about to hit something when nothing is there. The only two things we notice missing is no sunglass holder and the engine compartment doesn't have an easy open feature.

Fuel economy above average

When purchasing this vehicle I was concerned with fuel mileage and it listed at 30 MPG Hwy and I average around 34-36 MPG. Handles great, safety features are awesome, CarPlay is very handy especially hands free texting.

New car 1st Hyundai

We love the car compared to the options per dollar. We bought a fully loaded Limited Edition minus AWD. Would have liked to see a bigger brake package to compliment the Limited Package. Tire choice from the factory is average.

Great car styling and roomy. Down on power coming from a Kona. Loss of all audio with Bose amp on second day of ownership and occasionally repeats. Dealer said I need to reset by pulling amp fuse..known Tucson problem with nav.

Slightly above Average with good features

For this segment of vehicle, the Tucson has very good appointments and features and ample storage space. However, the standard engine is barely adequate. Depending on the various tires these are equipped with will affect ride comfort. In general, it is soft sprung and provides a car like drive yet not as quiet or smooth as some have described. The SEL versions are your best choice.

Great ride!

Comfortable car for long legs. Great highway gas mileage! Roomy, lots of storage space. This is an extremely excellent handling car. We love our COOLED seats - while living in the south. Glad to be able start my vehicle from my phone and put it on cool summer setting.

Love my car, wasnt in the market , just looking, but fell in love with the look and the ride!

Beautiful, looks like a Storm Trooper which is what I named it! It rides so nice... just love it! Quiet ride, easy to handle. My experience with the dealership was great. Love the large cargo area and the seating area is spacious.

Don't know what to say. I leased vehicle. I feel safe when I drive. I would probably not lease again. Leasing is a good option but there are too many regulations if you have to move and try to register in another state.

Excellent vehicle in relation to price and quality

In my country of origin I had a 2008 Tucson for 13 years and it was a vehicle that I always liked, very durable and pleasant to drive, when I saw the 2022 Tucson I loved its design line and everything the vehicle has despite being the Basic model since I was able to access the full version for a matter of price, but I am pleased with this vehicle and after 2 years of use I have not regretted buying it.

Excellent Vehicle!

Absolutely LOVE my Hyundai Tucson. Best car I've ever had. It is comfortable, convenient in every way and beautiful! My all wheel drive does great on the snow and over the pass. The seats are comfortable, I can fit a full car comfortable and it has great storage. Awesome features, love the ability to customize everything and I absolutely look forward to driving it every day. The gas mileage is great, the Hyundai family and customer service in Everett are awesome and you can't beat the warranty! I defeinitely recommend my Tucson to everyone!

see other answers not much more to say - hire someone who knows how controls should be so drivers don't have to take their eyes off the road - the interior ligts are confusing, as is the moon roof that's it

Really all around great car

The car is very comfortable and a great ride with decent mpg. The size is perfect for passengers and well as trunk space. It is a sharp design the MPG is decent. All the accessories work great and just the right amount. Some cars are looking to scribe for accessories I hope Hynduai don't go down that route. I will not buy a car that I have to subscribe.

Awesome Ride all the time.

My family have been satisfied with Hyundai for its durability and fun drive, we always go with what we know and stick to it for a long time. If there is a new line I will not hesitate to look at the line because it is Hyundai.

Great fit for me down sizing from Nissan Titan.

Everything is good with my new Hyundai Tucson. Driver Seat moves where I need it. Back seat riding is comfortable. Sharpness of turning and smooth ride. Good size. Good looking mid size suits. Never been a car driver always a truck. But I am very satisfied for what I could afford.

Buyer beware

Save your money and explore another make in this category. I have experienced problems with this car since the purchase. The car handles worse than a used card and is highly unpredictable in its performance.

Great vehicle, except for the transmission

Overall the car is solid and hasn't been in any need of repairs, except for the transmission. Good fuel mileage. The main issue with the 2022 Tuscon is that the transmission frequenly clunks/jerks at various shift points. Dealer has done a firmware upgrade, but since the transmission doens't throw any codes it's hard to diagnose. Based on reading various forums there are others with a similar issue. Some go away after about 5000 miles, but most don't. Is it a common problem, probably not, but I just drew the short straw and got a brand new one with the issue.
