2nd Hyundai - Nice Improvements, room to get even better

This is our second Hyundai that we've purchased back to back (first was a 22 Ioniq5 SE). Overall we're very pleased with the Tucson. The fit and finish is very good and most of the car is better thought out/laid out than the Ioniq5. It's nice to finally have a rear window wiper (can't believe that the Ioniq5 has none) but why did you limit the arc/reach of the rear wiper. Our previous car was a Subaru Outback and the wiper provided much more complete coverage and thus better visibility and safety. Our one main dislike is the HDA system on the Tucson. In the Ioniq5 we very rarely lose the HDA system due to poor weather (rain/snow/etc). Unfortunately, it seems like we routinely lose the use of the HDA system and its associated safety when there is either heavy rain or snow. And as the malfunction "latches" until the car power is cycled, it means we lose the system until our next stop. Really annoying and unsafe. Brought this up to our dealer during our first routine service and they essentially said ...yeah. Really disappointing.

Love my Hyundai!

This is my 3rd Tucson and 5th over all in my family. We love our Tucsons! Love all the features it has, it has more features than my other vehicle which is a Volvo! Will always be a Hyundai customer.

13 months and 11k miles through 4 seasons (hot/cold/snow)

Nice comfortable compact SUV for driving around town and longer distances driving (2-3 hours). Had it for 13 months through hot summer and very cold and snowy winter weather.

Hyundai Tucson 2025 hybrid/using in winter

Well, those Tucson got great reviews, a lot of basic amenities are feeble. Living on the East Coast, especially in the winter the heating system is noisy, and doesn’t provide a lot of heat! I have no idea how the air conditioner won’t work in the summertime, but I’m sure if it’s powered by the same motor that pushes the heat out I’m guessing the air conditioner may not work much better. It’s a nice looking car. However, the rear turn signals are way too low on the rear bumper and in the bad weather, people can barely see them the driver attention warning located on the steering wheel like to remind you to take a coffee break after 10 minutes of driving! And you cannot turn it off whoever designed some of the enhancements needs to go back to basic what makes a car usable

Great car so far!

I've had my Tuscon for 3 months now, and so far I'm very happy with it. Being a hybrid, I've cut my fuel fill ups down do roughly half, it's done well in the snow, and it's very comfortable to drive. There's a couple of odd design quirks (one being the seat belt latches in the rear seat are recessed too far) that I would prefer be different, but not anything that changes my opinion of it overall. I'm looking forward to how it does on a couple of road trips planned later in the year.

A really nice little SUV

Very little to fault on this car. Evrything is well thoughycout and of good quality. There is more than adeqiate power for arpund town and it is pretty good on the open road as well. There os just one thibg I dislike - the fingerprint sensor: ot is imprecise and frankly a pain in the posyerior: they shpuld just asspcaite a profile with the key fob.

Good buy

It’s a good vehicle. It’s fun to drive with loads of safety features (I bought the limited trim). Feels like I am driving a mini version of a palisade but with better pickup and handling

Tuscon Hybrid

The Tuscon Hybrid is great for our short trips around town. Great fuel economy and good performance! We deem it not as comfortable for road trips as our other vehicle (Chevy Silverado). The inability to disengage some of the safety features, namely the "Take a break" warning is a deal breaker for me. I will not buy this model again unless that feature can be disengaged. (I have attempted unsuccessfully to do so and was informed by the dealership that it cannot be done.) Very annoying!
