TOO MUCH TECH

Car is nice but there's so much tech and finding how to use it is impossible. So many lights but not every light is in the manual. Trying to find an answer is frustrating and I usually just give up.

Great choice!

Very pleased so far with my Tuscon Blue. This vehicle is very comfortable and great for short or long trips. I love how much it can hold and how easy it is to load. The interior is very quiet, it drives easy, HVAC works very well. It is a bit of a challenge to reach/attain the EPA MPG ratings but I'm not far off of it most of the time. I wish the cup holders were better, and interior storage configuration could be improved a bit (i.e. no sunglass holder, door pockets are small).

All Good until you have a flat tire

There is so much that I love about my Tucson, that it really upsets me to have to give it a rating of 2/5. I'm giving this car a low rating because there is a major safety flaw. There is no spare tire or emergency donut in the car. It comes with a "Tire Mobility kit" that is described as a "fix a flat" instead of a spare tire or temporary donut tire. This is the most egregious shortcut I have ever seen and is definitely a safety hazzard for a single woman who travels ALOT for work.

Excellent car in almost all respects but with one flaw

Great car for comfort, efficiency, handling, quiet, room and looks. But startup battery fails if left alone for more than three or four days.

More than I expected; has some quirks

Handles well. Spectacular mileage. Handles well. Wireless device holder, while convenient, does not protect devices from spills. Cruise control is not user friendly; enugages NAV and Lane Keeping with cruise control

Cameras issues

Great vehicle but we have had issues with the camera system, it pretty much stopped working. Went to the dealer once, no issues detected. I need to make time to bring it again.

Great car with one design flaw.

I purchased this car because it had been reviewed as a quiet, smooth riding vehicle. Reliable and fuel efficient. The overall look was appealing to me as well. 2 months after purchase, I could not get it to start with the keys. The total body module (one of the "brains" of the car), stopped working. The vehicle had to be towed into the nearest dealership for replacement. Despite numerous calls to the dealership and main Hyundai, there was not a solution to place the transmission in neutral in order to move the car out of my garage, onto the flatbed tow truck. It had to be dragged out of the garage onto the platform of the tow truck. Truly a cringe worthy experience. Tires unable to roll, no streering available. The car other strange design trait, is the gear selector, is a stick on the right hand side of the column. Very awkward to use. I did experience a strange wind noise while driving, that turned out to be some undercarriage panels that were loose and moving with wind resistance, fixed with tightening of the restraining nuts/screws (minor issue but a nuisance) Otherwise I am very satisfied with the car.
