Disappointed. I don't have all the features available?

I told the dealer I'm buying the vehicle to transport my bicycles back and forth from my home to wherever I leave my RV in storage. The vehicle they sold me did not have a trailer hitch on it. I had to buy a aftermarket trailer hitch. I was told that would not be an issue. Having the hitch installed was not an issue. However, it's a workaround to be able to back it up with the hitch on it. I also told the dealer I want all the driver assist features. The one he sold me did not have heads-up display. In my ignorance I did not realize the one I bought doesn't have that feature. Same thing is true with Lane change assist. I did not know Hyundai had that feature. Reading the owner's manual. I see they do on different models. I like the Hyundai I bought, I'm disappointed I did not get the heads up display, lane changing feature, and bought something that I thought I could. Just put a trailer hitch on and be good to go. I needed a more upgraded model. I told the dealer I could buy any car on the lot. That I wanted all the driver assist features and that I need something that I could put my bicycles rack on.

The SUV I wanted, and now Love

I started my desire for this car simply based on the front and back design elements... The lighting design was amazing and unique, just in the right way... Then I drove it as a rental... that sold me on the car. Then I test drove a 'new one' and a color combination I wanted was available. I said yes... Now loving the car driving it down the road. quiet, full features, panoramic roof, etc... Can't say enough how much I like this car

All features and drivability exceptional.my

My 4th Hyundai. This is the best I’ve owned. Reliability, power, ease of driving exceptional. Styling and features were what I was looking for. As this is my first hybrid, I wanted to be sure that the vehicle was operationally, reliability, and powerful enough to meet my needs( mountain and winter driving). All the required goals have been met.

Horrible gas miles, fake advertising. Don't buy it.

It is so disappointing to buy a expensive hybrid with any possible features and get less miles per gallon than the no hybrid Tucson, and the company always said the car was in perfect condition and they can not do anything to improve it because it was not a problem. The car does 24 gallons per mile instead of the 37 that I expected.

Economical, powerful and fun to drive.

Economical, plenty power and good cargo space. Fun to drive, lots of room for passengers. Would definitely recommend to anyone looking for a mid range suv for its comfort, and economy. Easy to drive and loaded with safety features.

Love it! It’s a great ride! Wouldn’t think of another ride like this

It’s a great vehicle my second one!! I owned a 2022 Tucson drove for three years and traded it in for my Tucson hybrid limited. Which is a great upgrade from my 2022 Tucson. Major difference in a lot of things.

2024 Tuscon hybrid

It rides smooth. Comforter me as the driver. Just disappointed in the gas mileage. I bought for long trips because of the claimed gas mileage but it gets poor mileage on long drives it gets very poor mileage. Most of my trips are freeways with cruise control and that is when my gas mileage is the worst.

Very nice car. Not quite the fuel economy it advertised

Very nice vehicle. Doesn't get the fuel economy advertised but it's very comfortable and fun to drive. Lots of great features, very good value for the money. Small imperfections but no car is perfect.

Has met all expectations

My Tuscon is a smooth and quiet car. It is also roomy. While the programming of the added features can be a little overwhelming, the features do cover the basics and so many extra safety and comfort features.

Best vehicle

Comfortable driving, cruise control, seat comfort. Mirrors easy to see and camera view for lane changing. I do not think they got anything wrong on this vehicle. Sound system is great. Have not used the back seat to review.

Good vehicle but disappointing with the sale team after the sale

I was told my 2024 Tucson Hybrid SEL, purchased 3/6/25, has wireless Apple CarPlay (my # 1 requirement) but could not connect wirelessly. I spent more than a week making multiple calls and messages to sale person and dealer’s management for help but got responses except “will look into it”. Still waiting for a call back as of today 3/19/5. I’m 2 hrs away and don’t have the time to drive there.

Smooth drive - very good gas mileage - pretty comfortable

Have had it for about a month so far and is giving me between 33-36 MPG real mileage and two different drive styles (between wife and I) --- drive is super smooth --- kids love it cause they can lean the back seats on longer drives ---- love the cargo space.

If you're not getting 37mpg then it's because you're not driving in a fuel-efficient manner

First, I feel I must address the several complaints about poor fuel mileage. Unless there is something wrong with your particular vehicle, you can achieve 37 mpg if you drive moderately. For example, if I'm driving 60-65 on are relatively flat road, my car switches to battery only in ECO mode. Also, it will stay in battery from a stop light and going up a hill if you're not in a hurry. I regularly get 33-34 mpg which is way better than my BMW X3 at 26mpg. Plus, for me the best part of the HEV is the increased HP w/o the excessive fuel consumption. Remember the 2024 Tucson 226 HP and 258 lb-ft torque. 0-60 in 7.7 seconds. Like my Tucson a lot.

Exceptional QUALITY

An exceptional combination of quality AND economy. This vehicle is FUN to drive. Has been driven 16000 miles and I am still waiting to find a feature that I do not like. I feel very safe in this car.

I love this car

I love the technology built into this car and that if I work the electric with all my local driving, I can often average 80 to 100 mpg. My goal was just to use less gas. I also like playing with the numbers and looking at my most recent trip and my averages and I like to chart each tank of gas and how many hours I spent in the car. These are all useful tools for me. I'm in my car lot taken care of various real estate in town.

Love my Tuscan Plug-in Hybrid

The car is solid and rides quiet. Traction is great with upstate New York winter weather. Seats are comfortable and heated seats work great. Plug-In Hybrid engine is perfect for daily short trips and great mileage on long trips .

MPG not as advertised.

The mpg listed on the 2024 Tucson Hybrid is 36/36 mpg city and highway. After over 1000 miles, I am getting about 32/24 mpg city and highway. All touch screen controls for all functions with the vehicle is a mistake. Too much piano black in the interior leaves constant fingerprints.
