2026 Santa Fe Calligraphy

The car is wonderful. Love the interior comfort, the exterior look, the ride, and the captain chairs in the 2nd row. Most of the included features are something I, a techie, appreciate. What I DO NOT like are some of the safety features. I do NOT like the cruise control enforcing a certain distance from the vehicle in front of me. When I approach a vehicle, when it's time, I'll move into the next lane (or slow down). I don't need a program deciding how close I am allowed to get. The proximity sensors are very annoying. My driveway has a lot of shrubbery and a fence. The sensors always go off in my driveway and there's no way to silence them. When I take my car thru an automated car wash, I have to remember which twist or pushbutton to use to put the car in neutral. At the other end, I am required to hit my brakes in order to put the car in drive and move out of the tunnel. I do not like the auto-stop feature. When I pull up to a stop light or stop sign, I want to be able to press the gas pedal and immediately begin moving. That one second delay seems potentially dangerous not to mention causing more wear and tear on the car's mechanical parts. Things that annoy me: 1) The radio turns off immediately after stopping the car. 2) The rear hatch seems to have a mind of it's own as I'm walking behind it. Sometimes it opens very quickly while other times, I have to stand there and wait. 3) My wife is short and I am tall. When I get into the car after her and start it, I get compressed into the dashboard before I can tell it to change drivers. 4) The dashboard display should return to the same one I had up the last time I drove the car. 5) The storage space under the center console next to the dash is difficult to get things into/out of.

Definitely a Great Purchase

Purchasing the Santa Fe SEL was definitely a good buy. Has a lot of features that some will take time to learn, but defintely worth it for the average driver. Roomy, with plenty of storage room. My choice was the gas model and I average 22.5 mpg city and 31.6 highway. I actually purchased my after driving a neighbor's car on a 400 mile trip.

I have the Calligraphy. So far so good! Comfortable ride with many bells and whistles. I receive a lot of compliments too. Waiting to see how it performs in the snow.

Buck for features ratio!

Our model is 2026 XRT Santa Fe. No issues, no recalls. Full gas, a little bit not so eco for fuel consumption but Average of 20-22mpg within city drives is not so bad at all. Comfort and driver-assist features such as Lane Following Assist is great! Not a full FSD but something to rely on during highway cruise. One thing I noticed that all Infotainment themes download from bluelink store is not available for this trim. I suggest this to be an option to be available for us Santa Fe XRT trims too especially that most themes are fun to see! Overall, one of our best decisions ever. ❤️

Better than INFINITI

I previously owned a Infiniti SUV that required 93 octane premium gas this 2026 Hyundai Santa Fe only takes 87 octane I have the SEL model I get 22 to 23 MPG in town and have gotten as much as 33 MPG on the highway

Purchased new in August. Still waiting for title.

Issues from day one of my August new car purchase. Tools weeks to get access to the MyHyundai AP due to my vin assigned to another user. No one knew what the problem was or how to fix it. Four weeks after purchase we call the dealership to ask when to expect the title. The receptionist asked the date of purchase and stated “we have 60 days.” I ask to speak to finance but was refused and told 60 days are allowed. Told to call back if it isn’t received in 60 days. With only a few days to go before required to pay sales tax and get tags we began calling the dealership. I was transferred to Aaron in finance. Per Aaron the paperwork had not been started but he would send an email to them. I ask for a phone number. Per Aaron there is not a phone number. I called again a few days later. Was refused transfer to Aaron so I left a request for call back with the receptionist. Never received a call back. Called a couple days later. Refused transfer to Aaron. Explained my problem again to the receptionist and assured her I knew she was following orders from Aaron which is bad customer service. I told her I want a letter explaining where my title is mailed to my home, I want a manager to call me. She said Aaron is the manager. At this point I just stated again I want letter overnighted to take to DMV and I want a return call with explanation. I received a letter stating my title is lost and replacement is ordered, That is the first I heard of that. No one has called us. We assume the issue originated from either an error or sake that fell through as evident by our vin previous registration on the MyHyundai AP. The lack of communication and concern is a major red flag for the service to expect from the dealership. I had high hopes but am quickly changing my mind.

Exceptional performance and comfort.

Only complaint is a minor one. Media, phone, dashboard, Bluetooth, maps can be a bit complicated when first using. Took me a good month of daily driving to feel comfortable.
