It can be better

I bought my vehicle new. Overall the vehicle is okay. It has a smooth ride and lots of extras. The downside is poor gas mileage in town. No cargo space with the third seat up and made with poor material. The vehicle itself was made poorly. I had to take it back three months later due to both running boards coming loose. The windshield is thin. I have two rock cracks already. The seat belts could have been made longer, I had to purchase extenders. Not to mention. When the dealership replaced the running boards the scratched and put a dent in the driver’s door. I’m still waiting on someone to tell me how this will be fixed. Hopefully they don’t blame me.

2025 Hyundai Santa Fe Sel

Not a bad vehicle just certain things that stick out such as, I'm only 4000 miles in and the engine starting to sound different, another thing when i put car in gear you can hear a weird noises...!!!!

Great car, bad paint job

I love my Calligraphy Hybrid, however, the paint is peeling off and the dealers are acting real shady about a car I have had for a few months. I hope they live up to their reputation; matter is not resolved.

Lovely vehicle but somewhat ofa learning curve with all the technology

We downsized from a minivan so we do miss some of the storage. Still figuring out some of the features. All in all it's very enjoyable to drive. We get a lot of compliments about the car's appearance.

Mostly great but one huge tech flaw

We are very pleased that we found the only car on the market that is a hybrid with third row seating and captain's chairs for the price. We felt we got a great deal from our dealership after a bit of haggling. The tech is great but can sometimes be a little bit too much especially for older people who don't use tech, if they need to drive it. The biggest issue is being unable to wear sunglasses while using cruise control- it does not register your face and turns it off automatically. This is a massive flaw that is a chief complaint among other owners and almost stopped us from considering it when buying. I don't see why the car needs to see your face at all.

2025 Hyundai Santa Fe

I haven’t bought a new car in over 15 years. I fell in love with this boxy style and the interior was simply gorgeous. The bells and whistles are incredible. It had everything I wanted. But my car was a lemon 🍋 It had major brake issues and electric issues. It has been back at the dealer for two months now and I am in the process of lemon law and Hyundai buying it back. With that said, Hyundai has been too notch with transparency and the process though long has been okay. They have been attentive and open and I felt confident from the beginning that they would do the right thing. I am very sad about all of this. It sucks to be in a loaner and now need start the process of buying another car. I’ve decided to go back to tried and true used. Hopefully they will get the glitches sorted

Gas consuming is more in the car.The foot gets stuck between the brake

The body and interiors of Hyundai Santa fe 2025 are good. At the drive's seat it is a bit of issue as the foot gets stuck between the brake and the above body of the car, which is a big annoyance. Also, the measure disappointment is it takes a lot of gas.

Good car

Other than the extremely loud beeping when you’re trying to pull into a parking space or backing out of your garage. I understand some people might not be able to hear that tone but others do loudly. Is there a setting to make it a little quieter for those of us to have good hearing? Otherwise it’s a great car.

I love everything about this car except some of the safety features.

There are several features that do not work; fingerprint setting, moving forward and backward in a tight parking spot from outside the car and when in cruise control if you have sunglasses on the car’s camera gives a red eye and disconnects cruise. Very frustrating.

So far I like the overall vehicle and brand. I am however disappointed with the poor fuel economy and the lack of headlight brightness when not on high beams. The calligraphy trim level does seem to be priced higher than other comparable models.

2025 Santa Fe Calligraphy

So far so good with the car, it only has 3,000 miles. I had a minor incident where I bumped a curb with the car. While it wasn’t a hard collision it still resulted in ruining the tire. As if that isn’t bad enough, the tires are very expensive. And yes it was my fault just seems the Pirelli Scorpion tires might not be very durable. Thank goodness i did have tire insuranace that covered it. When I picked the car up the plastic trim piece on the passenger door had a scratch that was deep and very noticble the salesman said not to worry he would order a new one and to replace it. It took the dealer 4 months to get the part, They said it was on back order repeatly when I asked but I found it was not so when I finally questioned them about it and told them I checked with another dealer and it was not they got the part in quickly but when it came in it was the wrong peice and had to reorder again when the correct part did come in they told me I had to pay for the labor to install the part ? Why would I have to pay, never did get an answer as to why so I took the part with me and I will never do any bussiness with this dealer or Hyundia for that matter buy a car that was over $50,000 and make me pay to make it right now way just lost a customer that has bought 2 new Hyundia's and a new Kia in the last 3 years over something so stupid I think Hyundia corp needs to look at the managment of this dealer I have complained with deaf ears.

I love my 2025 Santa Fe Calligraphy

I think the 2025 Calligraphy should have moonroofs and be talk-to-text capable. I had both in my 2022 Santa Fe and it wasn't a Calligraphy. I was able to answer a text message while driving by speaking and it would type what I was saying and and ask if I wanted to send it. That was an amazing feature and all 2025 models should have it.

I was overcharged

It’s much different than the Chevy traverse I traded in took awhile to get used to it but it grows on me more each day. It’s a hybrid and is seamless going from gas to electric and back it has plenty of power for me. I wish I had bought it from a different dealership.

Of course it’s awesome but…

Of course it’s awesome, everything about this vehicle is high-end and high-tech. Feels like you’re in the lap of luxury. But that just makes a few things that stand out that you don’t like even more obvious! My biggest pet peeve is that my safe driving alert keeps going on because the camera can’t see my eyes with my sunglasses on! That’s just ridiculous. No way to turn it off.

Santa Fe

Had to replace the water pump within the first month due to defect. Other than that and a bit of wind noise through driver's door I am loving my new Santa Fe. This is my first Hyundai vehicle. So far so good.

Love it,inbound change a few things

I'm very happy with the vehicle,never thought I'd like a hyundai, the wheel coating to prevent stone chips is a great idea, i would like the seat to adjust more, the control panel can be confusing and not always adapt to my phone

Driving

Previous models are better, too noise inside from the outside noise and rougher ride also, price jump too high too close the model up and the difference is a lot compared to next model, the extra seat row for the price difference not worth it

Great vehicle

Overall a great car. I really enjoy driving it. It’s great on gas and is very comfortable. I love the calligraphy trim and the features you get for the price. I also love the keyless feature where you just use your phone for the car key.

not quite the car I expected regret giving up my palisade for it

The interior is as nice as my Genesis were. Sadly the faulty drivers seat (5000 miles to get it remedied) hasn't helped. Compared to the Palisade it sounds and feels tinny which I found surprising. easy to driver and generally comfortable but I wouldn't buy a second one.
