Luxury feel and finish at a great price!

Sits better on the road than my 2020 SF, feels like a luxury car, great finishes, and a great looking car all round. Huge upgrade from my old car.

Love the car BUT

Beautiful body style, but so many frustrating things. Seat belts are so difficult to lock because the lock component is so far down in the seat. Lift gate button must be HELD the WHOLE time it is functioning. Car is not sensitive to key fob when you walk up to it. Doors don't always unlock, lift gate who not activate. In general, most of functionality is not user friendly. Have to watch YouTube video to figure it out. Very disappointed with that.

The vehicle is great. It has so many neat features, too many to list. I was really impressed with the way the digital key works and have stopped carrying my key. The exterior appearance is incredible. It looks like a truck with class.

Unbelievable Vehicle!

The calligraphy package on the 2025 Santa Fe with the dark grey body is truly head-turning. The technology is incomparable to any other auto offered in the current market. This is the 8th or 9th Hyundai vehicle I have owned or lease in the past 20 years. Even years ago, the technology on the Hyundai surpassed other cars I owned, including Chevy (Escalade) and Jaguar. I am a Hyundai girl. If I were ever to sell cars, this is the brand I would choose…..as a matter of fact, I have sold several people I know on the brand after they have driven my cars.

Overall I am very satisfied with this vehicle. Love the way it drives and rides. It has plenty of roomy and interior is beautiful. But like any vehicle I notice a few things that would have made me happier. Wished I would have liked the hybrid version for gas efficiency. The turbo I have has more pep. But you can hear the engine noise. The finger recognition for CarPlay works about half the time and then you need to punch in your code. Not crazy about the armrest. Sits a little far back and having to reach back to open it is annoying. Twice now it has come out of its latch.

I love the size and style but find things that annoy me as time pass

I love the car and all the service I get. I don’t really like that the windshield wiper fluid does not reach anywhere near the mid to top section so windows aren’t clean, ever. The side view mirrors stay foggy as do the front side windows. Definitely a driving hazard.

Everything I need and more.

Smaller auto with 3 seats when my grand kids are around. When they are not around it has a large amount of cargo space.

Problem was unique due to failed component in a new Santa Fe purchased with fewer than 500 miles on the odometer. Required several days to troubleshoot and obtain parts. Dealer provided a replacement car during service

Taken advantage of by the dealership

This dealership took advantage of me when I went to have my old Santa Fe checked out. I’ve also recollected from multiple financing companies that I was approved for a lower payment than I received and my payment is ridiculously high. I will be giving the car back and taking a hit on my credit.

Great car. / nav POI access hard to find please change this

Overall, the great car software navigation is different than the 2022 model I had previously. I don’t like the new updated software POI hard to find needs to be easier and able to be selected as a favorite.

Cool and functional

The new design is very creative, cool and functional. Infotainment system is the best in class. DCT is amazing. Too early to say about reliability, I hope it'll be good.
