Great SUV!

Great car overall! I gave it a 4 because I am short and I don’t like having to move my seat all the way to the windshield to reach the pedals and be comfortable for long distance driving. I wish the pedals adjusted. The cruise control is a little annoying as well with the sensors however I think I can turn that feature off. Just haven’t figured it out yet. Other than that I love it, I love the multiple features, the rugged exterior, the smooth drive, the spacious interior. I love that the back seats (2nd row) move forward and backward and recline. I love the 3rd row seats and the ease of putting the up and down. I love that it is large but fits in the garage. I definitely recommend!

Poor mileage, poor interior design

I'm barely getting 20 mpg in the city. The overall design is poor. USB c ports charge devices intermediate and sometimes not at all. User interface isn't really customized to personal liking.

a lot of good, some bad

terrible MPGs, I can't get close to the claimed city. capacity good. overall visibility 3/5. add third row air vents. driver aids are intrusive and should be allowed to turn off. Rear hatch is finicky always. auto engine start/stop is unpredictable. paired / wired or not cuts out after a few minutes and needs to be reloaded with the device. Arm rest is constantly hitting my right elbow. Difficult to have the driver seat align to a comfortable position also to see the entire instrument cluster screen. T)

I am very pleased with my purchase! I wanted a vehicle big enough for kids, including a third row, but I did not want to drive a HUGE vehicle. The Santa Fe has all the features in a "nice car".
