Great car, if you can understand the features

I love my vehicle but don’t understand all the features. Great stereo system and ultra comfortable. Switching between radio and iTunes is difficult. Excessive road noise on the highway at higher speeds.

Excellent experience

All good so far not having any problems love the way it handles. Smooth and fast when it needs to be . Also handles verry well in the rain and in highways. Also has room in the suv to move around and feels comfortable. Lots room I theback to put items.

Everything wonderful except inability to switch to standard cruise control

This SUV is great with a nice ride and so quiet, but the inability to switch to standard cruise control, and the inability of "smart" cruise control to work when wearing polarized sunglasses or when an arm is blocking the sensor with a hand on top of the steering wheel, is a deal breaker. Get the next model up, the Palisade, where you can still switch to standard cruise control. What a bummer.

Love this Hyundai might be best car I ever had!!!

For a Hyundai I didn’t expect it to be such a beautiful luxury vehicle. The smoothness to drive it. I have driven a Jeep, Subaru, Chevy, Honda, Ford,this by far is the best car I have ever had. I would never drive anything but a Hyundai now.

Love it

I love my car but wish I could get the forward warning system light off. I love to drive it the color is fabulous and I couldn’t be happier with the larger size. Now if the only issue I have could get corrected I would be very happy.

New unique look with great features and so comfortable

I love my Sante Fe and the new unique look. There are so many features that make driving the car very easy and user friendly. The Blue Link ap is wonderful and user friendly. The seat are very comfortable and easy to adjust. I will probably be a Sante Fe driver for life.

This is my 6th Hyundai in my family. The vehicle had a slow to start, lagging transmission, which equates to slow initial acceleration. I have an unresolved problem with Bluelink. Hyundai dealership-service points back to Bluelink. Blulink points to dealer. Bottom line. As the customer the system stopped working about 4 weeks after my purchase. That was now 9 weeks ago. Still unresolved and neither the dealership nor Hyundai not BlueLink have resolved or followed up. I've spent about 10 hours and Bluelink does not work in the vehicle or the app. It did originally but stopped all of a sudden. Blue link can see its not working and can even tell me the date. No one is taking care of this problem simply pointing at another group that's says they can't find a provlem... accept Bluelink isn't working. Last Hyundai I'll buy or recommend.

Problems with BlueLink, Hyundai, and dealership make it so I will not buy another Hyundai or from the dealership I purchased, or a vehicle that partners with Bluelink.after 10 wasted hours, 3 tripes to the dealership, and 6-10 calls with Bluelink... the system does not work and no one is trying to fix the problem. Worse service I've ever experienced.

Owned it 3 months in the shop for 2 of them

This car has been a nightmare The trans broke at 1k miles then after I get it back after 1.5 months it’s back in for an improper repair, then I get it back and every warning light is on nothing works ABS not working

Lemon- Buyer Beware

This car had everything we wanted and was in our price range. Well, it's a lemon and we've had a terrible experience overall. We only had it for a month before it needed a new transmission, which is on backorder. We've been without the car longer than with it- BUYER BEWARE!

Don’t buy a 2024 Sante Fe

Multiple electrical, navigation, and camera malfunctions. Transmission recall at 800 miles. Overall oor quality. First and LAST Hyundai. I should have stuck with Toyota. Owned Toyotas for 30 years. Buying a Hyundai was a big mistake

Loaded Lemon

Transmission needed replacement after 1800 mile and 36 days of driving. Services was terrible, no follow up at all levels had to spend a lot of time calling dealer with no solid answers. Car broke down 3 hours from home while on vacation. Had it towed to a local dealer that had no technicians. Had to wait over two months to have the vehicle transmission repair. They didn’t even call me when the vehicle was repaired. Very disappointed all around would not recommend purchasing. Called the dealerships GM and he told me that he had two of the Sante Fe in service with the same transmission problem. Never ever in my 50 years of driving heard of a car with 1800 miles needing a transmission replacement. Loaded Lemon.

Awful

So excited to get my new car for it to be in the shop now 3 weeks. Called Relaible Hyundai in Springfield mo to get update and they will not return calls. Went up on a sat and no one there who could talk to me. Poor ran dealership. I just want my car fixed or make the deal right. Making payments on car sitting.

In shop 2 months after buying

I was so excited to get this car, I had been eyeing this car for months, while we saved up for the payment. Exactly two months after buying it, the car would not go into park. Luckily I was right by the dealership, took it in and haven't seen my car since August. The transmission is back ordered, so no idea when I will get my car back, I am a mom and need a car that is my own. I can't find any information regarding a buyback... Very disappointed.

Grass isn’t always greener

The vehicle looks amazing, great interior space, many compartments, but overall an unsatisfactory purchase. I only had 2 days in my rental and settled on this vehicle which I thought was an amazing buy, but from the suspicious transaction to driving the vehicle. I’m very unsatisfied with my buy.

Went to many dealerships. Compared many cars. Horrible experience buying new car no matter who makes. Ford and GM products terrible One has to buy an Asian product these days I am not sure why we need so many trim levels. Just complicates

2000 miles and trasmission broke

Only 2000 miles and broke trasmission. Never again. Was a nice and good looking car. Small luggage box. Seats are umconfortable.but the color and designs are nice. But I never bought again a car like this.

Transmission cracked

Cracked transmission then a tire blowout on the side wall , bent and cracked rim. All before our 1st car payment . Experienced in a very dangerous on the free way on the freeway with children in the car

Almost perfect

The vehicle is almost perfect but you can tell Hyundai rushed this out into production before working out a number of minor but rather annoying technology compliments. Tiny refinements that probably will be sorted out with software updates but for now you have to deal with them
