Good points and things needed for improvement

Driver seat is uncomfortable when driving long distance, mud flaps are to small the rear hatch and tail lights get extremely dirty! The finger print recognition for the radio hardly ever works

Refreshing

I was desperate to get out of my newer, Volkswagen Tiguan that I bought brand new, hoping it was going to last me a very long time. Fast Forward a few years and the car was a lemon, and I was desperate to get into something I could actually feel comfortable driving that would give me the warranty and quality that I deserved. Got into my brand new 2026 Santa Fe and I feel refreshed and I feel like I am covered inside and out.

Santa Fe review

I like the vehicle overall but there are a few disappointments. The headlights on low beam are not safe in areas without extra lighting and the heating and air conditioning system doesn’t work well.

I like the sporty look of my vehicle. Its my first hybrid, all what is behind a hybrid was unbeknownst to me. I would not by another hybrid. Safety features are over the top but become somewhat annoying.

Great Ride with terrific extended mileage

My Hybrid Santa Fe is so easy to operate, smooth transition between EV and motor. My trips have extended by range between fill ups to over 500 miles. Very roomy interior with attention to detail. I recommend the heads up display windshield, keeps your eyes on the road watching traffic. Great value for what I paid. I look forward to getting in my new car every day!

I wish we knew . . .

If only we knew not to buy the Calligraphy. We may have been happier with the Limited trim. The biggest disappointment is the lack of "old school" cruise control. The adaptive cruise control is the only option and it is way overrated. We have never had an adaptive cruise control this "non realistic." Worse, it wasn't clear one could switch it off and use normal cruise! Even the dealership didn't know it! Secondly the software is buggy. For example, at times, radio, CarPlay, feedback volume shuts down. Thank God for Google! It's a known bug with a known fix. Even the seat recall isn't consistent. I wouldNOT recommend Calligraphy.

The car is getting great mileage (as expected). It is surprisingly comfortable, quiet and fun to drive. I hate the electronics. I have almost lost control twice trying to get the screen controls set. These touch screens and you should definitely go back to analog knobs and dials. So far, this is the only disappointing feature of this car. I think is is quite silly to not have a spare tire as your tire repair kit is inadequate in remote situations. I added a real spare tire as an aftermarket, but bought the spare tire from a tire shop as the Hyundai setup was unjustifiably expensive.

Quiet Luxury

I love my 2026 Sante Fe Hybrid. It feels like a luxury vehicle without the price tag. Tons of cargo space and a very comfortable, quiet ride. Would highly recommend!

Exciting and fun vehicle to drive!

I have owned my Hyundai Santa Fe hybrid 2026 for 10 weeks now and really enjoy this vehicle. I had a 2013 and really liked it a lot, drove it for years without any issues. This 2026 version is exceptionally improved, it is luxurious and has all the amenities of vehicles that cost much more. The designers have really stepped up their game and have really set the standard higher. The look is wonderful, I have the Calligraphy model and I like the low profile tires and the sharp rims/ wheels. The rid is so comfortable and quiet. I have 2800 miles on it and have done 1 road trip for 3 1/2 hour drive and could not have been more happy and comfortable. The seats are very supportive yet giving and comfortable. The surround view is amazing and the safety features designed into the vehicle are awesome. From backing out to changing lanes, this vehicle has so many warning and detection features I am absolutely thrilled. The acceleration for me is great even in ECO mode or green mode. I have used sport mode but drive on a regular basis in ECO mode. Fuel consumption has been great so far, very pleased with the milage. Getting 34 to 36 combined city and highway. I have even driven in the city and gotten 40 mpg as well. This vehicle is like driving a computer in many ways. The dash set up looks wonderful and the stereo is incredible. I am working on saving music to a thumb drive but I have taken advantage of SiriusXM as well as Amazon music. Those who have driven in the second row have complimented the vehicle and its comfort. I have a road trip planned in about a week and will have 5 passengers, all adults so the two smallest will be sitting in the third row. Everything about this vehicle is great, I have no complaints at this time. I hope Hyundai does a follow up with me after I have driven this vehicle for 6 months and a year.
