Comfortable, Smooth Ride

I just bought this vehicle and am very happy with it. I was impressed by the seat comfort, even backseats, smooth and quiet ride. It’s VERY comfortable. It drives very smooth, even over rough roads and is quiet. Hybrid EV mode is great, really quiet with a nice melodic sound. All the camera options are amazing! Many views with great clarity. I love the camera side view that appears in the cluster when blinker is on, what a great feature!! The navigation is quite detailed and has great, easy to read graphics. Awesome sound system, very clear and easy to hear from all areas inside vehicle. Ample storage space and an extra cubby under the main console. Easy to drive and access buttons needed while driving. Overall very comfy and fun to drive with my long work commute.

Great Ride and Look

Consumer Reports hit the nail on the head with their rating and review. Car is quiet with refined acceleration, power, and comfort. The exterior has beautiful chrome trim and styling. The interior is luxurious and beautiful. The car is overloaded with features, and has a great warranty. You get a lot of value for the price.

This was purchased new with 8 miles on it.

We love this vehicle. It operatw very smoothly, fits us and our 3 kiddos with plenty of leg space in the back as well as groceries or sports equipment in the trunk area. We average 31-34 mpg. We were hoping for a little more but also realize we do more highway travel than in town travel. Overall-- love this vehicle!

We like the Santa FE a lot

This is our 4th owned Hyundai and we decided a SUV was what we needed! We have had a 2009 & 2017 Genesis and a 2013 Elantra. Great cars and maintenance at a minimum other than tires and regular maintenance checkups and oil changes. Service departments top notch.

Great car

Love the color and style of the car. Gets great gas mileage of a hybrid. Runs quiet and smooth. Easy to maneuver. It is Not too small or too big for me. Has a good size storage area in back. The seats are very comfortable and good leg space.

Santa Fe Review

Overall it is a great vehicle, especially for growing families, which is why we made the purchase in the first place. It drives very smooth, and has great interior specs. Overall it’s a great vehicle we just think it is a bit overpriced.

Mpg comfort back up noise

Very comfortable and quiet drive happy with this aspect. Mpg far lower than advertised especially for a hybrid. Back up noise level high and cannot be adjusted. Many controls and safety features still trying to understand them all

First EV

Decided to go with an EV and we had a Santa Fes before and like it. Saw this color and decided we'd like one. WEnt to dealership for recall notice and walked out thinking very hard about getting one. Salesman worked with us well but got a little pushy towards the end. We were heading out of town and he didn't want to lose a sale.

Apple Carplay and Touchscreen display

Very bad experience. Apple Carplay and Touchscreen display is not working properly and Hyundai released the vehicle into market. Hyundai dealership also selling the vehicles with problems to Customers.

Best Value for What You Get

For the money you pay, it has more standard features than other OEMs like Toyota Highlander Hybrid. Gets good mpg for the vehicle of its size. The ride quality is good and the interior has a lot of buttons, which I prefer over touchscreen controls.

I love my new Hyundai

The Hyundai is great but I would buy anything from Gary at McDonald Hyundai, he is by far the best salesperson I have ever dealt with in any capacity. I have already referred a friend to him and she bought a new car as well because he has such amazing customer service skills. He isn’t pushy and is transparent in everything ha does.

Great mid-sized suv with exceptional mpg!

I have had the vehicle for a few months now and my experience with it has been very positive, the vehicle is smooth and comfortable with ample cargo space. The features on the limited trim are great, I love the heated/cooled seats, heated steering wheel and folding door mirrors. The panoramic roof is enormous and lets in tons of light giving an airy feeling. A few annoyances are, 1. not all interior lights are led's, why Hyundai? 2. No wireless carplay on the top end trim but available on the base model, makes no sense? 3. The rear cargo load height is a bit high. Overall though, I am happy and made the right choice for my needs. The vehicle fits a niche for people that require something a little bigger but don't need a third row.

The car is filled with technology that takes a 70 something owner time to learn. I miss my heads-up display. The ride is nice, but the hybrid system seems to produce a delayed response in both acceleration and braking.
