More than I expected, with a couple of exceptions

Purchased our 2023 Santa Fe Limited Hybrid new and have been very happy with it except for a couple of minor convenience exceptions. I set out to purchase a Hybrid vehicle with all the "bells and whistles" and after looking at several other brands, settled on the Hyndai. I was initially concerned with the size of the gas engine at only 1.6L, but the vehicle performs very well at highway speeds and has no trouble passing. The fit and finish plus all of the accessory upgrades included in the Limited package make the vehicle a pleasure to drive. There are a few things, however, that Hyundai should address in future models. The controls for the parking brake and the rear hatch are in a bad location on a low panel on the drivers left side. The parking brake switch should be in the center console. The rear hatch switch should be on the overhead console so it can be operated from the passenger seat. The rear seats can be folded via a switch from the back of the vehicle. The problem is that the rear seats don't have folding headrests and they hit the back of the front seats and won't fold all the way unless you move the front seats forward. An inconvenient additional step. That being said, I'm getting used to these little quirks and they wouldn't prevent me from buying the vehicle again. With the outstanding warranty that comes with the vehicle, I'm looking forward to a long service life.

2023 Hyundai Santa FE review

Overall this vehicle will meet our daily needs of around town. I would not take it on a long trip as it is not that comfortable and some of the controls are very annoying and distracting. Make sure that you understand all the controls. Had I known you cannot turn off the smart cruise control, I never would have purchased the vehicle

2nd Santa Fe, this one better than first

This is our second Santa Fe, The first has 250,000 miles and is still on the road. We decided to step up to a hybrid with the premium package. We really like the hybrid for fuel economy and low speed acceleration (immediate torque). Interior and exterior fit and quality are excellent. The ride is very quiet and comfortable. There is a lot of airplane technology in this car that make the hands on drivability features very useful.

Hyundai SantaFe 2023 Hybrid - Extremely Happy

This is my 1st brand new car and I am very happy that I made the decision to buy this car even if it was not in my top 3 list. But visiting the dealer and test driving the car made the car on top of my list. I love the safety features and the smoothness with which it runs on the interstates.

Mostly happy

Only real complaints are the sheer number of buttons that can be distracting when driving...an a lack of wireless Android Auto/Carplay. Gas mileage is amazing, auto lane hold and cruise control distance following are game changing features.

love the quality and fuel economy. We have owned 4 Hyundai's now and each has been a great value. It is amazing the distance we can go on a tank of gas. The new model has greater ride quality than our previous 2014 model.

Good Performance Hybrid Vechile.

The safety features are outstanding. The alert notice when a vechile stops in front of you work! The gas mileage is great. Fun and comfortable to drive. Love the dashboard. Separate controls for both driver and passenger.

Love my Santa Fe

This is my new car I traded in. I love everything about this car. Good mileage, power and sound. I drive on highway often and compared the previous car I had this car is much more quieter which make the drive less tired. Thanks to Hyundai for making the car so beautiful!

Very good and capable mid-sized SUV.

This midsized SUV has MPG ratings at 32 city and 30 highway. My experience is closer to 34 highway and 35 city. The comfort is excellent. Most controls are easy to use. Bluk Link and Digital Key take some getting used to. Overall, an 'A' minus.

Wonderful Automobile. Pleased with every thing.

I am 80 and this is most likely my last car. When I saw the 2024 Hyundai Santa Fe ad I decided to grab one of the last 2023 Santa Fe models. I replaced a 2019 Santa Fe. I found a Calypso Red at horne Hyundai. Fell in love. Although it is very similar in appearance to the 2019 Santa Fe, it is like driving a completely different car. It is much quieter and the safety features are much improved. It is a Hybrid so fuel efficiency is much better. I Love this car. George Stanley

Fun, sporty, functional SUV for any day

Congress of the weather, the errand, the location this suv can be the best primary vehicle for any size family. The head , leg rom and storage makes this a very functional vehicle for practically everyone. The drive, parking, and safety features make it great regardless of incline, rural/urban, or parking situations. The remote start is great when it's cold outside or when it's 100+ to get the air circulation started before getting in the car. There is a wealth of entertainment console options within easy access both on the front console and on the steering wheel. The overhead 360 view makes parking, child and pet safety easier to manage, no more toys left in your blind spot.

Excellent car. Fun to drive.

This is an excellent car. Fun to drive with lots of safety features. It’s a little complicated for senior drivers. We constantly have to refer to the owners manual and still can’t figure everything out. We still don’t know why the dome light won’t come on when we open a door.

New Santa Fe is fun yo drive and comfortable. Technology features are neat. Only thing I do not like is the door trim on back doors is not aligned correctly and bumps front door when opening and closing te back doors.

Squeaky from day one

Nice car but squeaky. Very annoying. Can't get the dealer to fix it after a month. I most likely will have to hire an attorney and declare it a lemon seeing as I can't get the dealer to return a call or text

This is my first Hyundai, I chose over a Toyota Rav4 because of the safety features and being a Hybrid. The comfort features are also great, great seats, and the AC feature in the seats is fantastic. I am enjoyin gthe auto lights and wipers.
