It's a nice riding car, but there are several things that make it as nice as our old Ford Explorer. The entertainment system/GPS is not intuitive. The seats don't lower when getting out of the vehicle. The back seats conflict and row two won't go up due to headrest interference. Hyundai Finance Corp is a flaming disaster. It took almost two months to refund the $5700 on the cancelled warranty program. The front air intake grill failed the first day and the car was in the shop for over a week. Not a car that we would buy again.

Very happy with the quality of the vehicle. One recall already for the power folding seats that I have to make a trip to a dealership that is not close to me at my time and gas !

2800 miles and counting

First impressions aside, I had a few concerns as to the Palisades ability to replace the F150 that I was driving. Those concerns are fading fast.

Love the 2026 exterior redesign, not happy with many features

I am disappointed with some aspects of the operation and interior features. Unlock doors on approach doesn't work. Really dislike that you switched sides of the steering wheel for the entertainment and autonomous driving features. Most people are right handed and cruise control on all brands has always been on the right side. Don't like the auto shut off override on the left side (with start on the right). Climate controls have very small icons, hard to see and you have to take your eyes off the road to adjust because they are faint and so low (and the eye police yell at you). The very worst feature is the autonomous driving. My 2023 Palisade had the best autonomous driving system. My 2026 car is all over the road, bouncing between sides, it can hug the right side while driving in the left lane of a multi lane highway. At higher speeds it could put you in the ditch with only light hands on the wheel. I can't imagine what you did to the 2026 vs the 2023 but it has kind of ruined things for me as I'm on the freeway a lot. You recently did an update to Heads Up and took the speed limit off, and I don't need to see the ghost cars in front of me.

Huge Features Removed because of others mistakes!

The vehicle itself is great. The removal of key features and Hyundai corporate is horrible. I feel it is because they did not want to spend a little more time on developing a fix to their recent power folding seat problem. I'm sure it is because of the bad press they were getting for the unfortunate death of the child, but they could have easily made a software change in the infotainment system to show a warning before controlling the folding seats from the screen. They already do that with integrated dash cam when viewing it, leaving a phone in the wireless charger, and checking the back seat for children when exiting. And as far as changing the way you fold the seats from the rear; the update already required the rear hatch to be open before using the power folding seat buttons in the back. To remove the one-touch folding seats even though the rear hatch must be open when folding them is ridiculous. I have expressed my concerns with Hyundai corporate and they did not care.

Several Issues out of the gate!

Rather disappointed in the number of issues right out of the gate. Modem not working, both Air flaps not working, and the seat recall. Obviously, Hyundai rushed to get the vehicle into production. I do love the way the car drives and the features however. I have only had the car a month so time will tell if any other issues pop up.

Fabulous new style but would like better exterior colors.

The color selections are very similar to all the other vehicles on the market today. This is the only thing holding back your car from being a leader.

Good and Bad mostly Great

I love the SUV. I don't like the metal in the seats they are positioned in the middle of my back. I am still trying to figure out how to make me and my wife owners so I can use the digital key feature.
