Love my Palisade

Love my 2025 Palasade! I love the HUD on the car. I love that it has all the bells and whistles that one could want in a car. It’s been reliable and it’s been easy to keep up the the required maintenance. Would purchase again.

I like the Palisade very much; but

This Palisade is nice in town and open road, which most of the driving is done, open road. The items that I think can help are color some of the control switches and buttons, helps in daytime driving to see what, is what, like was done on my 2012 Sante Fe. I have to look down and try to figure what item I want to do, if colored makes quicker and easy to identify. To tell your paint crew they miss spots or not enough paint and clear in areas that can be seen when the items opened, hood and rear hatch. This item to me is very important being your company name is on the lot "THE DEALERSHIPS". I have taken my vehicle in the 2012 Sante Fe and Palisade and I told them trust very important to me. I can tell you, the reader of this what was not done right on the 2012 but will stay on the topic of this Palisade, front windshield was defective at brand new and some other items too (scary to drive a vehicle with a defective front windshield). The person who put the glass in did he do it right, have glue at a corner of trim lower pallor (why?), bring it in for the service that I prepaid for, did he really do what is to be done. Small items that can help the build, the plastic nuts do not stay tight in many places, fenders, back corner rear and front.

The Hyundai Palisade is my first new foreign car i have owned BUICK,FORD,,LINCOLN,CHEVY and CADILLAC .I was apprehenive but after a year and 1/2 I am pleased with the comfort and gas mileage .Hyundai has a very good warranty and the only problems I have experienced were the recalls which have all been addressed I'm a low mileage driver but I took a 1500 mile trip which I enjoyed approximately 26 miles to the gallon which was highway and local driving.The only features I miss are the drivers side entrance handle and power adjust steering wheel

No Bluetooth Apple CarPlay

I am really disappointed that our 2025 Hyundai Palisade does not have Bluetooth Apple CarPlay. It is very annoying to have to plug my phone in every time. We tried the usb device for Bluetooth Apple CarPlay but it does not work very well and the location to plug it in is far from ideal. Additionally, the charger for the phone is buried deep in the bottom of the console and hard to get to.

Extremely Disappointed With Paint Quality on My Hyundai

am extremely disappointed with the paint quality on my vehicle. The paint is peeling/chipping far worse than any vehicle I have ever owned, especially considering the age of this vehicle. I brought the issue to the dealership and was told it was simply “rock chips,” but what I am seeing does not look or behave like normal wear and tear. The amount and severity of the paint coming off is unacceptable to me on a newer vehicle. I purchased a Hyundai expecting the exterior finish to hold up under normal driving conditions. I would like Hyundai, not just the dealership, to review this issue and determine whether there is a paint or adhesion defect. I am asking Hyundai to stand behind its product and provide a reasonable resolution rather than dismissing the concern as normal rock chips. Will never own another

Vehicle is excellent except for the continual problem of the battery going dead multiple times. I have never had a vehicle in 60 years that had this problem. There must be some parasitic drain that randomly occurs. The oil pan gasket leaked from the factory. Had this repaired, although there is still a very slight leakage. The battery also failed within the first 4,000 miles. It was replaced by the dealership.

my 2025 Hyundai Palisade Calligraphy

My 2nd Hyundai. Such a shame , I am overall very happy with this vehicle. Many great feature and at a fair price. My issue is with the recalls. The oldest one well over a year old and the only one I am concerned about is one dealing with safety. This is the seat belt problem, which I consider to be top priority as have children and grandchildren that ride with me. This will likely keep me from buying another Hyundai. If the corporate office employees think this safety issue is so unimportant that after almost a year and a half they still can't provide the parts to fix it there is a problem somewhere in upper management. They fixed one recall to do with some window film which I didn't much care about very quickly but still no parts for the seat belt recall issue. Was a little dissappointed on my recent service they only vacuumed the drivers side front area, nothing on the passenger side. Used to get a full car wash and vacuuming with service which was very nice.
