I like my 2024 FWD Palisades

I am enjoying my Palisades FWD. It's roomy and good on gas. I just wish you could unlock the back doors from touching the handle. Unlocking the front door to open and then pushing the door unlocked button to unlock the back door is a pain especially when you have bags in your hands.

Failed inspection in the 2nd year

With only 11,000 miles, this vehicle failed VA inspection in its 2nd year. The horn is what made it fail inspection. But it took 3 trips to the dealership to get it correct and a d passed.

I only issue I have is two recalls on my vehicle . 1st /2nd row seat belt buckles could malfunction. The parts were ordered on 3-5-26 as of now still waiting on parts. The other is the 3rd window glass. Waiting for parts is unacceptable!!!!

Good 3rd row SUV with nice amenities

Overall fun to drive and nimble. Newer models have the front passenger massaging seats. Auto bright lights don’t dim fast enough and you will get flashed by oncoming cars. Also wish it had folding side mirrors. And it comes with a towing package but no hitch. Also wish it had more larger cup holders in the doors for today’s mugs.

Review of Hyundai Palisade

This is a good vehicle but I wouldn't even consider buying another one. A lot of good features, but the performance is where it seriously lacks. When doing a u-turn if you pull out in front of traffic you better have it on sport to get going quick and get in the flow of traffic. I drive in a non sport mode and when I turn around and try to accelerate it is like the vehicle isn't running. It takes 1 to 2 seconds with the gas pedal on the floor before power kicks in to go. Also I personally hate the brake that comes on every time you stop and you have to push accelerator to release it. Fitting in garage is a game of inches and with that stupid brake on it makes it harder to barely move. That feature alone has me considering trading this vehicle in for something else.

Wish phone would connect with Bluetooth instead of having to plug in, mirrors would have power fold in. Hate that I always have to push the radio button to be able to see on the screen. Like the gas mileage it gets.
