Replaced Toyota & Best Decision Ever!

I’ve had palisade for 5 weeks. Love it. Quality & finish are excellent. Gas mileage around 23-25. Seats comfort and convenience features are fabulous. Husband said, No Hyundai then after 1 month admitted he was WRONG! Goodbye Toyota & Hello Hyundai!

Drivetrain is powerful enough and smooth, Body design is stylish.

Engine is powerful enough for the vehicle, Transmission is smooth, and the body is stylish. Overall, it is an idea family SUV. I wish the ground clearance could be a couple of inches higher, and the tire pressure setting of 35 psi could be a couple of psi lower.

So far no complaints or problems. Extremely comfortable ride and all the driver assistance makes long distance road trips less stressful and less tiring, very relaxing. I didn't think I needed all of driver assistance, but now I'm glad I have them.

Great Experience w/Sales Person but Service Department?

Had to bring it in to Service department within 3 weeks after purchasing. Kept it for 3 days before finally getting to the vehicle. Did Not Get the Vehicle into the shop the first day as promised. Waited three days before finally meeting to the vehicle. Very expensive vehicle and we had to wait three days with No Daily Updates to keep us apprised of what was going on with our Brand New Palisad

Love driving it and riding in it.

Am an older drive really like the adjustment for larger driver and passengers. The 3 row seating is great for grandchildren. The power 3 row seat is great for my wife to operate for the grandchildren. The large camera systems is great for backing, parking, lane changes and blind spot identification. A couple of thing we would change but are 97% very satisfied. Looked at 5 other brand both USA make and foreign and we settled on the Palisade. Got my first car in 1963 and this is the first vehicle that not one of USA top 3 manufacturers.

Promising Family SUV with Room for Improvement

I've recently started driving my Hyundai Palisade, and so far, it's been a positive experience. This SUV offers a great mix of comfort, safety, and advanced features, making it a strong contender for families. The spacious interior provides plenty of room for passengers and cargo, and the ride is smooth and enjoyable. However, there are a couple of design aspects that could be improved. The cup holders are not adjustable for different container sizes, which can be frustrating when trying to secure tall and skinny cans like energy drinks. Additionally, the wireless charging pad is located in a spot that can be inconvenient. When other items are placed in front of the charging pad, accessing the phone can become a bit tricky. Despite these minor issues, the Hyundai Palisade shows a lot of promise. I look forward to seeing how it continues to perform and would recommend it to anyone in the market for a reliable, comfortable, and feature-rich family SUV.

So so good.

The Palisade has been a very good vehicle for us in the 3 months we have owned the vehicle. It has remarkable comfort and safety capabilities and to this point we have had no mechanical problems. I have not yet had this car serviced at the dealer.

Love the SUV but disappointed with sales/finance still making dealer adjustment markups to sticker price.

Excellent vehicle! Quality and comfort on par with Lexus and Infinity. Disappointed with sales/finance staff at local dealership who continue selling over list, and not providing the window sticker for the purchase.

Would not recommend this car

There were two times when the car wheels rolled on pothole, It kept going even press on brake pedal, and has causing two incidents. I sent back to dealer service center after the first incident,they said it was fine and couldnt find any issues. Few days later, second incidents happened and i had to push the auto hold button to stop the car moving on redlight. Car accelerate unusual. The car color cant even tell its blue, it looks just like black color.

Great sales person, the end

Regarding the punching of new Hyundai Palisade Love-hate relationship of buying a new Hyundai Palisade from Ken Garff Hyundai, Cheyenne, Wyoming. I dearly love the salesperson Denett and was more than happy with her knowledge and presentation. I would be more than happy to buy another car from her in the future. After putting several miles on the new Palisade, we dearly love it. I think my problem is with others. Aside from the problems with Joe, the finance person, I noticed the headliner had several greasy hand prints on it. Denett had it looked at and they fluffed the nap but left the dirty prints. It looks better, but the dirty prints are still there. I was happy with the final quote for $55,954.96. Then off to finance, to start with, I tried to tell Bob I was not interested in any of his additional coverage as I take great care of my vehicles. He persisted in wasting 2 hours of my time and has to be the rudest finance person I have ever dealt with. Thanks Gary & Ardy Richards

A pleasure to drive and many safety features.

With the many safety features, I am comfortable driving the Palisade and feel like I have a safety co-pilot. The navigation is excellent. Good visibility. I am a senior and could use an overhead assist handle as all doors except drivers have it.

A Must Have

This car is the most amazing car I’ve ever ever owned. I had three of them the dealerships try to rip you off, but so be careful. You could shop around by a different states, but don’t get hustled by the dealership. I don’t know how long these cars will stay at the price that they are, but they definitely worth every penny for them. The Koreans nailed this car perfectly and the lane assist it drives itself practically.
