Love the SUV but disappointed with sales/finance still making dealer adjustment markups to sticker price.

Excellent vehicle! Quality and comfort on par with Lexus and Infinity. Disappointed with sales/finance staff at local dealership who continue selling over list, and not providing the window sticker for the purchase.

Would not recommend this car

There were two times when the car wheels rolled on pothole, It kept going even press on brake pedal, and has causing two incidents. I sent back to dealer service center after the first incident,they said it was fine and couldnt find any issues. Few days later, second incidents happened and i had to push the auto hold button to stop the car moving on redlight. Car accelerate unusual. The car color cant even tell its blue, it looks just like black color.

Great sales person, the end

Regarding the punching of new Hyundai Palisade Love-hate relationship of buying a new Hyundai Palisade from Ken Garff Hyundai, Cheyenne, Wyoming. I dearly love the salesperson Denett and was more than happy with her knowledge and presentation. I would be more than happy to buy another car from her in the future. After putting several miles on the new Palisade, we dearly love it. I think my problem is with others. Aside from the problems with Joe, the finance person, I noticed the headliner had several greasy hand prints on it. Denett had it looked at and they fluffed the nap but left the dirty prints. It looks better, but the dirty prints are still there. I was happy with the final quote for $55,954.96. Then off to finance, to start with, I tried to tell Bob I was not interested in any of his additional coverage as I take great care of my vehicles. He persisted in wasting 2 hours of my time and has to be the rudest finance person I have ever dealt with. Thanks Gary & Ardy Richards

A pleasure to drive and many safety features.

With the many safety features, I am comfortable driving the Palisade and feel like I have a safety co-pilot. The navigation is excellent. Good visibility. I am a senior and could use an overhead assist handle as all doors except drivers have it.

too new to give a realistic review, so far so good .I am still learning about all the features we have never had before. our old car was 14 years old ,so there is not much to compare. I hope it turn out to be as long lasting as our previous car.

Only have had my new Pallisade a couple of weeks but so far really enjoying it. Taking a cross country trip soon so will know more then. So far very comfortable and no problems so far and not expecting any.

Great Grandma Approved

Palisade SEL has been a perfect choice for our family, as we transport our senior mother almost daily in it. Having a powered front passenger seat allows her to enter and exit the vehicle on her own allowing her to feel more in power of her self.

A Must Have

This car is the most amazing car I’ve ever ever owned. I had three of them the dealerships try to rip you off, but so be careful. You could shop around by a different states, but don’t get hustled by the dealership. I don’t know how long these cars will stay at the price that they are, but they definitely worth every penny for them. The Koreans nailed this car perfectly and the lane assist it drives itself practically.

Great Value and Style

I looked at every mid-sized 3 row SUV and had to but the Palisades. It was far the best bang for the buck with good quality. The Night edition has every bell & whistle you could want. Gas mileage is a little lower than expressed by manufacturer. Build quality is way above it's price point. Comfort and features are everywhere in the vehicle.

Replacement of my old car

The Palisade is a very good vehicle for the price you pay the options are very good and nice to have. I have the SEL trim with the premium package and AWD. For me it took a little while to figure out some of the things it could do technologies wise, it replace my chrysler sebring which I had for over 10 years which did was not as technically advanced as the Palisade. But it was very user friendly and with help from my wife I was able to figure everything out in a about a week.

Not quality i was expecting

Purchased five months ago, current mileage 2,391 miles. Graphite gray paint is already showing specs of paint missing on front fender. Lane Assist unusable, forces car about six inches from left lane, not centered between lane marked as expected. Grocery bag scrapped paint on rear bumper. No storage in front door panels.

Very good vehicle for trips

We have already taken this vehicle on a long trip (>1200 miles) and many short trips. It rides very smoothly and quietly. Much easier to part than our Yukon Denali XL. The sound system is exceptional and the Apple Car Play is seamless.

Affordable 3 third row suv option

I love my new Palisade. I did my research and found that the Palisade has all the newest safety features and looks like a luxury suv without the over $60k price tag. My kids love it too. It is roomy and can comfortably hold all 7 of us. Overall 10 out of 10.

Very Comfortable and very stylish

The Palisades is very comfortable. It is often very quiet and heavy traffic. I like the head up display and the cameras to back up and go forward. The Second and Third seats are a big plus when you are traveling with other people
