Very Satisfied

2023 Hyundai Palisade SE is superior to 2020 Palisade SE in style, handling, features/convenience and still provides comfort for 7 passengers of various sizes and ages. Navigation system is poor and auto locks are tempermental. Please put the convenience of the button to lift and recline the third row seats back!

Great SUV but it was very hard to find the model I wanted. Had to contact 14 dealers in 5 states. I had to wait 2-1/2 months for the vehicle.

Great SUV but it was very hard to find the model I wanted. I had to contact 14 dealers in 5 states before one would place me on a list to receive a Palisade Calligraphy. I had to wait 2-1/2 months to receive the vehicle.

Maybe the best car ever purchased

Heard about the Hyundai line of SUVs and took a look at them. Terrific in every way and available!!! Other high end makes and models not even available in the showroom for inspection including Mercedes, BMW, Lexus… You can’t go wrong with Hyundai!

Stop making fool to customers

I want an answer to all the issues with my vehicle. If they cannot find the issues which I'm having then it's a Hyundai Car Manufacturing problem. I have all the videos and photos. Those are not fake or made up, this needs to be understood by Hyundai and its employees. I'm not having 1 issue. There are many other things which are not working properly which started from 4th day of my purchase at 190 miles. Total 3 times I been to dealership and 1 more time I'm going. How many times I have to go ? I need an detail answer of the following issues: 1) Engine Control System 2) Driver Seat wrinkles 3) Touch screen not working properly 4) When I'm connected with Bluetooth and then I switch to usb plug in "Not able to hear"

Great car minor issues

Issues with some of the technology such as the keyless locking, smart cruise control, drive assist. But otherwise runs well and very comfortable and spacious inside. Easy to use interior controls and entertainment system and screen user friendly.

Another great Hyundai for our family!

We currently have 3 Hyundais. An Elantra, a Santa Fe, and a Palisade. None of them have had any issues at all. Great quality cars with great styling. Looks and performance have been outstanding. Love my Palisade!

Super Safety Smarty Pants Car. Love it.

I was SO done with driving a minivan, but we have 3 kids and we spend a lot of time getting from here to there with all our activities and errands and work and all the everything. I knew I was done with Mini-vans, but I still needed to be able to hold all 5 of us - and it's really helpful if we can separate the kids from a single bench. Apparently, "Keep your hands to yourself!" is an actual foreign language - or perhaps ancient Sanskrit, based on how well the kids understand it. So I interviewed A LOT of 3 row SUVs. It felt like a serious goldilocks situation. I finally found 3 that were "just right" (Down from my original list of about 12 candidates). Of the three, only the Palisade offered me ALL the safety features that I wanted in a price I could afford. AND the price of the new vehicle was actually LESS than the used vehicle of "the Other Guys." In order to get the same safety features on a used vehicle, I had to pay FAR more than I wanted to pay for a used vehicle. Basically, I had to buy one of the really high end models for the same features. On the Hyundai, I got the base model plus 1 package - and I got every single safety feature that I wanted. Sure, I missed some of the luxury features that the next model up had, but we're not a "New Car" kind of family. We don't have that kind of cash flow! We have to have priorities - take what we need and not everything we want. Sure, I think moisture sensing wipers are cool, but if I have to really get into what I can and can't afford, the Palisade gave me ALL the fantastic safety features that were my priority in a price that I could actually afford. And now I have a shiny, fancy new car that is gorgeous, reliable, super safe, and I'm not drowning in a huge payment. I LOVE it.

Looks So Good But Do Many Issues

Looks good but the Hyundai of Wesley Chapel has been so horrible in acknowledging or repairing anything. My vehicle has electrical issues. Won't lock or unlock daily. USB port short, Radio short, seats won't go back or forward as they are supposed to, etc. Many, many dealership visits and videos and still I got the run around. Frustrating!

Great value in a very reliable, comfortable SUV

Far more features than a comparable Lexus or Mercedes, at a far lower cost. More reliable than the comparable SUV’s in the price range, and a much better value, all around, than the Genesis GV80, and far more reliable.

My best friend bought a 2023 Palisade and I fell in love with it, so I went and bought I new Palisade. Glad I did. The SUV has a very smooth ride and I love all the features. I met a man at the car wash that traded in his Cadillac for a Palisade. He said that was the best decision he ever made.

Great vehicle, great value, and overall excelent

We love everything about our new Palisade, except there is no trailer hitch, interior light controls are hard to find in the dark, there is no way to permanently disable auto start/restart, voice nav warnings keep coming back even after being disabled, digital speedometer only with no option for analog gauge display in our trim.

My sons like to drive.

This palisade drives smoothly and easy to turn around, and has a lot of space to move around. Outside looks great front and back. Also this car has 2 sunroofs, one at front and 2nd at above back seats. It is one I looked.

Better than the last

This is our third Palisade and WOW!!! This is the year they took all our feedback and REALLY elevated the SUV. The cabin is so quiet, the comfort and massive screen are on par with BMW and Mercedes. The safety feature can’t be matched by any other manufacture. Hyundai excels in this area! There is so much this car does! Love the level 2 traffic self driving. Lane center and lane change are so smooth. The radar works incredibly and I feel safe using it. The emergency breaking for cross traffic or pedestrians is a blessing. Love the auto start and self parking too. I’m a huge fan of the upgraded lumbar features for long drives. This too can only be found on luxury cars and still only a few have it. Hyundai knocked it out of the park. I’ve been looking at the GV80 and it’s hard to justify the extra cost when the Palisade has pretty much everything the GV80 does and I ABSOLUTELY love the look. We’ve had to use the roadside Bluelink for flat tires and it’s TRULY a godsend!

Sales person need to take some training not to lie to the clients

The vehicle is good but the sales person needs to take integrity training or something else. He was lying to sell the vehicle and had no idea about the car. After selling it, they don't care anymore. I need to talk to someone in your company regarding this issues. I purchased 2 cars from 1 sales person. He was lying about everything to me to sell it. I don't know what kind of training for sales person when your company is hiring people. Did your company teach the sales people how to sell the cars by lying to the clients and giving hard time ?It's sad. I thought Hyunday is great company but No more to me.

Love ❤️ our Palisade it’s our 2nd one.

Great size for one or six Easy to drive Technology assist is fabulous !! It’s so wonderful to drive that we had 47,000 miles on the first one in less than 36 months & ordered another We can carry cargo or guests

A budget Telluride

Overall this vehicle is very nice. I would prefer a Telluride for style and ride performance but the price difference is 5-10k and that is what led me to a Palisade. I don’t regret my purchase so far!

Palisaide is Great

Great look and feel. I love the big screen. I get lots of compliments on the exterior look. I have had it for one year and no problems. We are considering another Hyundai for my Wife. It is big enough for many people and still handles well in the city.

Great Vehicle for a Great Price!

We absolutely love this vehicle and you can't beat the standard accessories compared with other manufacturers and Hyundai has the best warranty out there. This is the second Palisade that we have owned and we will more than likely stay with this model. A few things to note - we had to shop around dealerships to find a dealer that didn't tack on to the MSRP because these vehicles were hard to get. At the height of COVID, some dealerships in Virginia charged $2,500.00-$5,000.00 above MSRP, especially if the vehicle was on the lot. This practice has somewhat stopped, but when I purchased my current Palisade, they were still adding on this fee. As far as I'm concerned, I would drive to an adjoining state or fly to another state, just to buy it at MSRP. Lastly the Palisade Calligraphy is the newer version of the Limited. I purchased the 2020 Limited and it had all of the bells and whistles. When I went to purchase the 2023 Limited, some of the standard accessories that came with the 2020 Limited were now only available in the Calligraphy for basically 3k dollars more. While I wouldn't call it a scam, if it walks like a duck... Also something to consider, visit different dealerships if there is more than one within close range of your home. We have have had very different experiences at each dealership with both sales and service and there are some that we will not take our vehicle to for service, even if it's covered under warranty. With all that being said, we are very satisfied with the overall quality of the Palisade and will more than like select another Hyundai for our next purchase.
