Outstanding vehicle, we are perfectly satisfied

We are very satisfied in every way. We enjoy driving our Palisade and receive many favorable comments from friends and from all who ride with us. The overall appearance is beautiful, the color is gorgeous and the many, many features are most appreciated. We are very happy.

Great vehicle. Reliable and does the job. Car has been great from the get go. Plenty of room for all.of.my family to fit comfortably. Fuel mileage has been good and the vehicle vehicle runs like a top.

Hyndai Pallisade Limited

I purchased the 2023 Hyndai Pallisade Limited. The vehicle handles well on the road and has amazing technology. One of the disadvantages of this vehicle is the inability to lock/unlock the rear passenger doors from the handle. The trunk area offers more space than most SUVs that I've test drove in the past. It's also a bonus that Hyndai provided comfort such as heated/cooled seats for the second and third row passengers. The second and third row also offers adequate leg space.

Extremely comfortable

Great vehicle to drive. I would enjoy possibly is the second row would have the third seat so it’s not separated and that would creat an extra seat but other than this great space and wonderfully built

Needs work

Hyundai Need to fix we’re the condenser won’t get hit so much by rocks and it needs a bit more room won’t recommend for people with kids that need to be in a car seat or if u have more then 3 or that need to be in and out the car it gets complicated to move around in the car

Best car I ever owned

All of the features in the Hyundai Palisade make this a comfortable car to drive. It’s also a good looking car. It drives smoothly and is quiet. Also the sound system is really excellent. Would highly recommend it.

The vehicle is pretty much exactly what I wanted. The HUD is my favorite and most used feature. The third row in very narrow so it is limited to 2 passengers, a 2nd row beach seat as an option at the Calligraphy trim level would have been much appreciated. The engine is adequate, but more torque would be useful. I selected Sierra Burgundy as the color (sight unseen) and it was much more brown than red (as shown in the brochure), I would have selected the Midnight cloud color had I known it my choice was that brown. My biggest complaint would be the whole factory hitch debacle, I’m still trying to get accurate information on the hitch as no one seems to know anything. As far as corporate communication your companies silence on the ongoing issue is a failure.

Perfect for a family of 5.

I am really enjoying the Palisade. It was more expensive than I wanted to pay but overall its been good to me so far. I have enough room from my three kids, hubby and myself. I almost bought a minivan to get the space and I'm glad that I didn't need to. Overall it is a pretty good car.

2023 Palisade Caligraphy

Great car. Comfortable and fun to drive. Excellent suite of safety features. Ample space for storage or passengers. There is some wind / road noise. Have used the vehicle for towing- no problems - except Hyundai has not yet released a wiring harness for the vehicle so no brake or turn lights are available.

Awesome Vehicle!

It’s a great vehicle with lots of extras. I purchased the Limited after test driving the Calligraphy. It drives smooth and is very powerful. I’m constantly watching my speed because it transitions so easy that you don’t even realize how fast you’re going, but it feels like you’re floating. It’s harder on gas than I would like, but I’ll get used to it.

Great SUV

We have the Limited trim Palisade and its a great and comfortable family SUV for daily use and road trips. The comfort and electronics are impressive. The kids love the roominess and 3rd row access.

Mostly like, fun to drive, HDA2 and safety features great, sometimes I have problem accelerating , pushing gas correctly to get right amount of acceleration Wanted I5 ,couldn’t get what I wanted. Bought this model because of Hyundai features and warranty

Hyundai Palisade - Amazing Vehicle - Tiny Gas Tank

This car, especially for the price, is an outstanding family travel vehicle. In a day where dealerships are nickle and diming everyone, price matters and features matter. This car has a great price and has far more features than any other vehicle in this class/price range. Only downside in my opinion is the gas tank is extremely small. Coming from a Chevy Tahoe, Hyundai needs to increase fuel capacity.

Unresponsive HQ. Unresponsive and Unhelpful Dealer, Poor Fuel Economy, Low Value for Money

I posted the following review on 09/29. Received a response that someone from HQ will reach out. But so far neither the dealer nor the HQ has contacted me about my complaints. The dealership was totally unhelpful and only interested in just pushing sales to meet their monthly target. I reported several issues with the vehicle at delivery (including a broken side view fitting and wind noise from the driver side front door window). Initially, the dealership responded and promised to help on the condition that I should not mentioned the issues in the post-deliver survey from Hyundai. When they found out that I had already responded to the survey with a negative feedback about the issues, they went totally unresponsive. The issues still persist and I just gave up trying to approach them. The vehicle performance is no better. Fuel Economy is half of what the window sticker promised. I would have given a higher rating for the vehicle itself, only if the dealership experience was any better.

Horrible

The Palisade has had some safety issues. I had mine in the shop more time for safety issues. It stop on the highway and it could of killed my daughter and I. Thank God it didn't. Wouldn't recommend the Palisade

nice vehicle for everyday use. would like a little higher towing capacity, but not bad. mpg could be better. service is beyond terrible, as it was years ago when i stopped buying hyundai (from 2003 to 2008 i bought several hyundais, maybe 5 or 6, but once ft myers florida dealership started screwing me on servicing and denied damaging my car, i stopped buying hyundai. after 14 years i gave hyundai another chance, big mistake, dealership in fort myers fl. is worse now.

Great!

I love it- I have enjoyed driving it. I often get compliments on how nice the car is. It is just as nice today as it was the day I bought it brand new. There is plenty of room for my very, very tall family.

Great for small families

This was a great car! It was beautiful but I traded it in because it wasn’t big enough and at the time of purchase the sales people had none on the lot so I was unable to test drive it or really look at one before buying I had to use their opinion of how great and spacious it was and it ended up being a huge headache when I found out how small the trunk space was and how I was lied to at the dealership

Well satisfied. It is a very safe vehicle with every safety option that you can think of. It is a very comfortable ride. The price of the Hyundai for everything you get is very reasonable. I would definitely recommend this vehicle.
