Great first 2 years and still love it

I have had the Palisade for 2 years a d approx 42k miles. It is such a great vehicle and I have had no issues at all. The ride is great and pulls my boat with ease. The amenities in the limited are so nice and well used. I love the large open sunroof. It was also super nice to have the maintenance taken care of for first couple of years- takes the worry out of car maintenance and also I have had no issues at all. Who can say that nowadays- same with my 2017 Santa Fe and also my new 2024 Santa Fe - great cars

Love my Palisade

Best vehicle I have ever. I have been driving for 60+ years and and numerous vehicles and various different brands. My palisade is the most comfortable best running all over greatest vehicle that a person could ask for.

I'm a realtor and I ABSOLUTELY LOVE IT!!!!!!!

Every day when I get in this car I say to myself how much I LOVE IT. Each and every one of my passengers compliment on how beautiful it is, inside and out. Previously, I had an Azera for 10 years, which I also loved, and gave it to my daughter when I got the Palisade. Hyundai is my favorite.

It doesn't alot of things I don't like.

The vehicle does a lot of stuff because of the electronics that I don't like and it's scary. It sometimes will feel like you're in an accident and you're not. It's very scary I wouldn't recommend it 😕.

Lovely family SUV

Great car with lots of room inside, the features are awesome, the ride is very smooth. Love the sunroof. The audio system is great as well. It seems like the AC vent at the back isn’t great, but maybe it’s just my car settings

Quality

Pleasant to drive. I’ve driven an Audi Infinity SUV and am completely fine having not spent money on those! I love the extras on the Calligraphy model! Also knowing that the price difference is nearly 20,000 to have some of the extras that we have on this model it basically took my desire away to have an Audi A7 (yes I have been in and driven an infinity QX 80 and Audi).

I was completely satisfied with the 2023 Palisade and would highly recommend it to anyone interested in purchasing one. I have since upgraded to a 2025 Palisade and again love the look, the smooth ride, and all of the safety features.

Peeling chrome on new vehicle

Chrome paint on exterior of car, specifically the door handles and grill started peeling before the first year of its life. This Calligraphy Palisade was purchased brand new. I expected better quality.

Love the size and appointments

Really love the size of this vehicle. It's roomy and very comfortable to drive and ride in. Lots of extras. The large screens makes it easy to navigate to whatever you are looking for from phone info to radio to navigation GPS.

Very Nice Comfortable Ride

We like our Hyundai Palisade with a few exceptions. There is no lighting for the third-row seating, the sensors ice up and quit working in the winter. The steering wheel sensor does not recognize our hands on the steering wheel and frequently will not cancel the steering assist when changing lanes. the computer will tell us we are going the wrong way in a parking lot and when we leave, we can drive for hours with the computer telling us we are driving the wrong way. It will only turn off when we turn the vehicle off for 15 minutes or longer.

Would love a plug in hybrid option

Great SUV, amazing features and very comfortable for families, but would like to see a plug in hybrid option. Gas mileage around town isn’t great. Either that or a significantly larger engine that could increase performance.

Could be a great car - but…

From day one my electronic systems are been messed up and the Hyundai service center has not helped at all. I was told they needed a recall on my model but what was really needed was an update to my electronics system, which I did on my own and it was very extensive and difficult to do. My car is still not working correctly. I wrote an email to Hyundai and never even got a response- they don’t care. So I am looking for a new car - not a Hyundai.

It's okay. It's has some great features and room for improvement

For having a 3rd row, there needs to be a deeper trunk for larger families. If this is going to be their largest vehicle, truly commit to a full sized SUV. Also, within the first month of having it, my parents were loading their luggage into the vehicle, their soft sided luggage rubbed the paint on the bumper and it stripped the paint in those spots it rubbed. That was gut wrenching because this was first brand new car

Palisade 2023 Review

It’s very fun and spacious car to drive. I have drove 38k miles without any issues. However, I’m very concerns what would happen once it reach to 80k. A lots of people are complaining engine oil burning issues and Hyundai is not keeping their warranty promise.

Fun car

Loved the car when first bought but are slowly starting to regret the purchase. We have a rattle in the dome light that the dealer can’t find or fix and now our key fod’s don't start the car and the dealership can’t do anything until Monday, so no car for the weekend.
