Car rides well, muffler on one side pretty loud since purchase.

Auto wipers again do not work. At last service, my rep had no idea of the history of this complaint. See above re muffler.

Its a fine SUV but...

Overall the Palisade is fine however I was hoping for a bit less of a frustrating experience. First of all, the bells and alarms on this car are just over done. The coffee break alert goes off constantly - whether it be in windy or storm conditions or frankly when I am just commuting and for no apparent reason starts telling me I need a coffee break. The previous years you could adjust or turn off the seat belt alarm which is so freaking loud - very irritating. While I understand the safety features, again, I think they are simply over done with all the alarms associated to them. Lastly, the automatic cruise way over compensates for curves in the road. It slows down at least 20% which causes undo traffic delays without manual override. Build wise, the black plastic inside the wheel wells has failed on two different wheels and required me to apply a bush fix to hold it together. the silver is already pealing off on the handles simply from using them. There is much more road noise on the highway than I have experienced with all of my other similar sized SUVs. And at 42,000 miles, the dual air control has now failed and the drivers side only puts out hot air regardless of what temperature you have it on.

Great vehicle for the price.

I’ve had no problems with my 2023 Palisade. It’s a great value in comparison to the competition. I had a 2020 Palisade before this and was trouble free as well. The ride is good and it has plenty of power for a suv. The tires aren’t the best and the ride and noise factor deteriorate at the 25,000-30,000 mile area. The Great Lakes Hyundai dealership has been fantastic to deal with and the service department is the best! I’ve owned BMWS for over 20 years and the service is no where near as good as my Hyundai dealer.

Best vehicle I have owned to date!

Loved the look and design of this vehicle, and purchased it for the ease of getting in and out after 2 knee replacements. All four doors open wide for easy in and out and lots of head room. Great on the road, with lots of drive assist goodies. Comfortable interior and love the heated and cooled seats. Will hold 4 large adults and two smaller adults in third row seating. Great luggage capacity with 3rd row seating in down position. I initially wanted a Genesis GV80 but found it too restricting on the interior for me. The Palisade has the same level of interior but more bang for the buck. ad

Great Vehicle but worst Customer service and dealership experience

Hyundai Palisade calligraphy is one of the best vehicle in the class with great features and fun to drive however the ownership experience is not to so great. Hyundai made a great product but they cannot serve customers well after the sale have happened. I never had great dealership experience in whatever Hyundai dealers i visited . If you get into any issue neither the corporate nor dealer feels responsible for taking care of customer concerns. Hyundai should focus on not just building great Vehicles but also customer service and experience at dealership and treat customers as Human and understand their troubles. This is our first Hyundai Vehicle and never buying Hyundai again.

Get rid of auto-shut off

I have not talked to a single person who likes the engine shut off "to conserve" the engine. It's annoying that it's automatic. It should be the opposite- or does not engage unless you press the button. To remember to press the button every time you turn in the vehicle is soooo frustrating and annoying and most times I dint remember until I am at sa stoplight and the engine turns off. NO ONE LOVES THIS FEATURE. GET RID OF IT

Would not recommend . Too difficult and hard to drive in traffic and in tight spaces.
