The worst experience I have ever had with a vehicle and dealership!!!
Vehicle had constant problems the whole time we had it. It stayed in the shop most of the time. The dealer charged us $1,000 for an extended warrantee without telling us. When I questioned this a week after the purchase, the finance manager said we do that on all sales. EXCUSE ME??? They said that we would get a loaner car if ours had to be in the shop. THEY LIED!!! The first 3 times it was in the shop (Dealers) for an extended period, they said no loaner was available. They finally corrected some problems by replacing Module 8. After about 2 weeks, we started getting a lot more errors on the console. The speedometer would stop working. The cluster would go blank. The headlights would stop working out on the highway at night. There were many other problems SO, we just got rid of it. You should all be ASHAMED OF YOURSELVES for putting Seniors in their mid seventies through such a nightmare. If the vehicle would have performed as it should and the Dealership had been honest and accommodating, it could have been a wonderful car and a wonderful experience.
