I needed a car right away and the palisade was the only thing i could find at the time.

This is a very nice family vehicle,Im not a fan of 6 cylinders but it does have a little more pep than i expected. I feel the car was a little overpriced as a nice Mercedes Benz would not have cost as much.

Love this car

I love my palisades it’s comfortable and good looking. Easy to use features and great safety features for just in case. Cooled seats are the best invention ever- better than heated seats. Very comfortable back seats with heat/cool seats.

Great vehicle

We love our Pally! Trade a Mercedes for our first one in 2021. Except for the issues of wind & road noisr, it’s perfect! The sales people at the dealership were great. Service is sometimes backed up, but that’s everywhere these days.

I absolutely love my palisade. It is very roomy and comfortable. I love the way it looks, drives, and all of its features. My favorite features are the backup camera and touch screen media display with the navigation. Also that when my gas gets low it asks me if I would like to search for a gas station nearby and shows me the gas prices.

Have owned the car for 1 year.

I have been very happy with this car so far. We have always bought new vehicles in the past. We expect that they will perform well. This one is very comfortable to ride in and easy to drive. We are still trying to learn all the features as some things we do not use very often. I was looking for comfort and got it with this car.

The best vehicle we have ever owned!

At the one year mark, we have not had a single issue with this car. It's dependable, comfortable, attractive, and has a great warranty for peace of mind. We could not be more pleased. The same goes for our dealership, Tustin Hyundai. Outstanding customer service!

Love my vehicle

It’s a year I purchased Hyundai palisade I don’t believe it because the car is so comfortable and smooth when u drive . My kids love my car because they can keep there seats cool . I’m so glad I purchased Hyundai Palisade this is my dream car now .

It’s ok, but I wouldn’t buy another one

It has good styling lots of technology option. But within the first year of purchase there were already quality issues. The stitching in the leather upholstery started coming undone and the rear struts are making a knocking noise.

Love this SUV

Great vehicle, very spacious great for any type of family or single person. For a larger SUV gas mileage is pretty good for in town driving great for freeway and long distance driving. Very comfortable.

SEL Premium Palisade

I own the SEL Premium Palisade. It has a lot of storage space and interior room.I like the automatic highbeams . I drove to Jacksonville FL 6 months after purchase and it was a smooth ride. Everyone was comfortable and electronics stayed charged. I did ride in the 3rd row and it was comfortable easy to get in and out. My dog was happy too. I couldn't hear radio from the rear speakers. My daughter drive it like I purchased it for her.

We love our Palisade but...

We bought our first Hyundai last year with high hopes. We bought the Palisade and LOVED it. We spent quite a bit on it and expected all the great things we had been told. Months into owning it we learned we cannot have our tow hitch due to a recall so we are paying for a boat and vehicle and we can not use the boat we bought the vehicle for to tow. There is no end in site either. Another thing that has me quite disappointed is the glove compartment box broke right around a year after we purchased the car. Seeing as we rarely use the glove compartment and I've only heard great things about the Palisade I thought, for sure, it would be covered but no. We were quoted a $500 fee just to keep the glove compartment box from slamming to the ground when it is opened. I am really disappointed in those two things because I felt like we bought a very nice car and had high expectations. Other than those two things we love our Palisade so much and feel so much pride being able to drive it all around. I just wish we could count on the Hyundai dealership to make the money we spent worth it. It definitely brings down the "nice" quality when little things like that pop up barely a year into owning a vehicle.

Drives smoothly

Great vehicle poor dealer experience

Overall happy with the vehicle, but the entertainment system and driver alert system definitely need improvement. The dealer purchase experience was among the worst I have ever experienced and will likely steer me away from Hyundai despite their excellent reputation.

Best for my need at the time when I purchased

I knew I need 8 seater. Compared all the vehicle with 8 seats and available upgrades. The palisade sel trim came with parking sensor which was must for me if I can not get 360 camera. Wanted to buy telluride but after seeing the interior of palisade with 8 seats soon it came in top of my list. Being the only car at that price with parking sensors, led head and tail lights sealed the deal. I would ignore interior styling of palisade for telluride exterior if that had led lamps and parking sensor. Hated that telluride had very small digital cluster for 8 seater trim. 8 seating was must for me. I would not mind going up the trim ladder if I could. Now the exterior styling of palisade grew on me too.

Nice SUV

Great ride, missed a few items that may make me shy away from Manufacturer. I've had other vehicles that lock automatically as I leave the car- this doesn't. Also doesn't appear to have ability to disable the auto parking brake. Middle cluster dials are extremely hard to read

Love this car

Will keep buying Hyundai after this car!! Love the warranty and the dealer match it so have 20 yr 200000 mile warranty!!! You can’t beat that most companies only offer 5yr 60,000 and that’s when the problems start happening.
