I love my Palisade

I love my palisade. A few of my favorite features are the 2nd row bucket seats, seat warmers for 1st & 2nd row, purse compartment in the front, amount of phone / device chargers, how smooth it drives, and how much space I have in the back even with the 3 row up.

Engine light came on

Engine light came on and engine ran rough for a awhile. Dealer scanned for issues and found none. A little nervous about it happening again and out of town. I wish there was a way service department could find out why engine light came on and fix for my peace of mind

Wonderful car but it has a problem

First of all I truly like this car. I like driving it and how it handles. It's fast and stable. Drives good on snow and ice. I like the roomy feel inside. I love the extra leg and foot room. My husband is tall and he fits comfortably in the car. We travel with dogs and we love the window shades to help keep them cooler. But, there is a flaw with this car and they need to get it fixed. The is a wind noise that a radio can not drown out when you drive above 60 and have any sort of wind. I will not recommend this car to anyone. They have worked on the wind noise twice and it's still there. I can't wait to get rid of this car.

Exceeds expectation

This vehicle offered more features and better quality for the price than everything else we looked at in this price and size range. Still find myself noticing the real thought that went into it and the practicality for a family. I have no regrets and feel like we made a good purchase. Also have a newer "luxury" import and this Palisade has more and better features. We just bought a second Hyundai for our daughter because we are so pleased.

Excellent salesperson service!

The salesman was friendly, knowledgeable and responsive to our questions and needs. The Palisade is a great SUV, I get compliments all the time on it. It’s roomy and fun to drive. I only wish it had stronger acceleration and less exterior noise when on the highway.

2021 Palisade - Great Vehicle for the money

Size is great - lots of cargo room when seats are down and plenty of leg room in all three rows. Response/performance is good when needed. Styling is good, very comfortable inside the cabin and looks good from the outside.

Overall happy with it

There are things that need to be worked out but overall, it's a great vehicle. I love it and it fits my family well and all the sports equipment I have to have in the back. The leg room is some of the best we have found.

Vehicle from Hell

$50k car that reeks like garlic. Look it up, it’s a real thing and if I could be done with this car today, I would. I have filed a complaint with Hyundai and never heard back. I have had the interior professionally treated 3 times and they can’t get the garlic/dirty sock smell out. Unacceptable. Not much more to write and now that it’s warm out, it’s like getting punched in the face with garlic every time you get in.

Outstanding Vehicle!

I did significant research before deciding to purchase. Based on my information, I contacted the dealership for a test drive. I was very impressed with the performance, comfort and technology. The sales staff and management were courteous and professional. The finance department was very knowledgeable, and I received a 500 dollar discount for being a Military Veteran. We negotiated a mutually acceptable deal, and the financing set up was very easy. Service support over the past year has been top notch. I’ve been using Automax Hyundai in Del City for over 12 years, and would unhesitatingly recommend both the Brand and the dealership to anyone. Thanks for an outstanding overall experience!

overall this is a excellent vehicle and a great value compare to Hyundai's competitors. I've purchased four Hyundai vehicles in the past 5-6 years and if the time comes for a new one, I will definitely start with reviewing what Hyundai has to offer at that time.

We absolutely love our vehicle. The comfort and ease of operation is undeniable. All features are so convenient, especially the tailgate opening. Also, we like the push button "gearshift" which did not take long to get used to, even for us older drivers!

Not worth the money

The vehicle's steering wheel locked in midturn and caused a accident. My children were in car at time and are still scared to drive in that car. Customer serivice would not listen when reason for accident was explained and kept telling me something different when I was the one driving. Contacted corporate with no real solution. Took almost 8 WEEKS to get car back when told it would be 10 days. No one would call and update us. Would not recommend this car. Wait another few years to buy so they can work all the bugs out.

My Palisade

I love my Palisade, very nice car to drive. My Palisade did not come keyless and it do not connect to the blue link app. My seats are not heated as it is a 2020. Overall I do like my car it does drive nice. And I was tricked by my sales person on a few things but it’s ok

2020 New with issues

Not a great SUV as we purchased the first design year and it has had issues. Wind noise, tires never balanced when put on suv so tires cupped and needed to be replaced at 12k miles. No support from Hyundai for tires or Bridgestone. Design flaw on towing package caused bumper to melt.
