Economic, Luxury, with appropriate power

Tech is first rate and easy to use. The vehicle is well built and solid, double glass windows make it very quiet!!!! the ICE could use a bit more sound deadening, seems a bit loud, but nothing over the top. Drives like a dream, in town MPG is very good for a large vehicle, and highway MPG, even at 75MPH is pushing 30 MPG. Speeds around 60-70 will net 30 MPG !!! we love this vehicle.

Decent car, multiple customer service/dealership failures

I purchased the new 2026 Hyundai Palisade hybrid in October 2025. Upon receiving the vehicle, I noticed interior carpeting, missing installment, causing you to be able to see underneath the carpet in some areas of the vehicle. After working with Hyundai corporate for multiple months and never coming to a compromise on a viable fix/compensation, I am too exhausted to correspond anymore regarding the issue. For purchasing Hyundai’s top-of-the-line vehicle/trim, I feel like this issue is unacceptable for a $60,000+ vehicle. Hyundai corporate was never accommodating in any of the various compromises I proposed. Furthermore, the dealership that inspected the flaw agreed that tearing the entire vehicle apart to have this issue issued remedied was not something they would recommend, as they agreed the vehicle would likely never be put back together again, like it was from factory. I am very disappointed in the state of this brand new vehicle, and even more so with Hyundai corporate’s lack of consideration for any alternative resolutions. I also have numerous other interior issues with the vehicle, including lights dimming while driving/parked, and the front dash cam (one of the reasons I purchased the top trim palisade) has not worked in over three months. After having to explain to the dealership that the dash cams were not connected to any mobile networks, they finally tried to order new parts, which have been on backorder and have no arrival date in the near future. The same backorder issues are preventing the dimming lights from being remedied as well. I could have saved myself thousands of dollars for a lesser trim, or a totally different vehicle from more reputable manufacturers, and I’m very disappointed in the vehicles current function, and any resolutions proposed from corporate or dealerships.

Needs help for cold weather!

Midwestern winter mileage 22-24 mpg. Over 50 degrees mileage 30+. The vehicle rarely runs in EV mode in cold weather which sort of defeats the purpose for those of us who don't live in the South. On a recent trip from Iowa to Arizona highway mileage was 22 mpg which rose to 32 mpg as soon as the temperature reached the 50's and warmer. The windshield and rear window glass seems to have minute crystallization which is very noticeable and distracting while driving into the sun.

Nice Vehicle but too many issues for a brand new car

We really like the car but wish Hyundai would have spent more time developing it. Our particular palisade has had many issues with the air flap system which is apparently a common flaw. It spent three weeks in the shop after the first 500 miles, and we thought it was fixed. Now with less than 5,000 miles on the odometer, it has the same issue again. Out of the 3.5 months that we have owned it; it has spent almost a month of that time in the shop.

Comfort, Tech, Space and Range. Best 3 Row SUV!

The Palisade Hybrid Calligraphy has surpassed my expectations of comfort and technology. As a family of 5 which frequently has guests leading us to 6 or 7 people, it carries all of us comfortably and as a daily driver it has the tech and features you would expect in a luxury vehicle. Tech is modern and not just a "face lift" of a 10-15 year old infotainment interface and as a daily driver it gives me the high mpg I want driving in the city. I couldn't be happier with it.

Good but issues

A comfortable ride but my GOSH the windshield wipers are in the wrong place for anyone who lives in a snowy place. By putting them under the lip of the hood you can neither pop the wipers when expecting snow nor completely clean out the area when there is snow. This results in many many chunks of snow/ice being stuck under the wipers and limited visibility as the wipers work to release the snow or the defrosters to melt it. Very frustration AND dangerous and would be a big contributing factor to not keeping the vehicle.

My Palisade Review

After researching for a month for a replacement and upgrade of my Infiniti QX60, I finally settled on the Palisade Hybrid as it had everything I wanted, including more space, new and better features, and even horsepower. I also love the look of the car and love how customizable things are on it.

Beautiful vehicle but…

I love the look of the 2026 Palisade although I wish the front end profile was a little smaller like previous years. However the driver assist technology is worse than in my 2021 Palisade and that is actually the primary reason I bought this vehicle. Very disappointed in that aspect, I hope some improvements are made evil software this year. I also do not like some of the new “features,” like not being able to lock your door with the button on your door. One good feature is massage on the drivers side chair which is great.
