Amazing Vehicle

The car is comfortable to sit in, whether it be for short or long drives. The handling is smooth, and so is the drive, it feels like I'm just gliding along. The safety features like the emergency brake if there is a detection of a vehicle too close while driving, the alert that comes up if you're going too fast and there is a stopped vehicle in front of you is amazing features to have. The lane assist and cruise control that I use during longer drives really feels as if there is an experienced driver in the front seat. While the car is a compact SUV, there is plenty space in the backseat and trunk. I really enjoy having access to my vehicle wherever I am with the bluelink app. In the winter I can remote start the vehicle so it is warm when I get in, I get notifications if the doors are unlocked, if it has been on without movement for a specific time, if my trunk is open, and I can also locate it at any time. The screen in the front is a perfect size and is easy to navigate even while driving.

Very comfortable car

I love the car. It's a little smaller than I'm used to but still has plenty of room. I've had to make trips that are over 500 miles recently and the car has been very comfortable. I also really like the Blue link app. I would've rated build quality a 10 but the horn didn't work when I purchased it. It took me a little while to realize the car was broken, I thought I was doing something wrong.

Pretty good little SUV

I don’t drive a lot so I only get around 24mpg until I get on the highway and improve to around 35mpg. But it’s a good car for the price. Can’t beat the warranty and it’s pretty comfortable on longer trips. I love the AWD capabilities when the weather is bad. Gives me peace of mind.

very good vehicle for the money i like it so well i traded another vehicle and got me a 2024 hyundai kona sel and my wife now drives the 2023 hyundai and my son had a 2023 hyundai tucson that got totaled and he went and got a 2024 hyundai santa cruz we really like are Hyundai's thank you

The size of this vehicle is wonderful for just me. It’s nice on gas but the tank is not that big. I don’t like the plastic that they use in and outside of the car it scratches very easily.

Hyundai Kona 2023

A nice car for the money. A few changes I would make, most of them things I should have purchased on the car and didn’t. The only real design flaw that I saw right away was the mechanism that is supposed to spray fluid on the back hatch window. It’s awful. The interior does need some more “storage spaces.” But all in all a good car. I like driving it, it performs well. I have had no trouble with it and I would recommend it.

All is good, except seat belt seems shorter, goes across but rides up your body. Needs to stay lower. Some features I still have no idea how to use. Simple feature like adjusting steering while would have been helpful if shown how to lock in place.

Kona just annoying

Impossible to keep clean both inside and outside. Uncomfortable driver’s side seat. Entertainment interface clunky, difficult to access Apple apps, annoying opening text when starting vehicle. Ride is less comfortable than average in class. Driver assist apps leave driver with uncomfortable feeling when active. Many other annoying features. Mechanically solid. Excellent gas mileage

My 2 year old Kona

I have had no trouble out of my Kona I keep the oil changed and I have just replaced my tires just over 50 thousand miles and I take care of a lot of people so a dependable vehicle is a must ! It’s a great vehicle

Peppy to drive!

I've owned Hyundai sun's since 2005. Started with a Sante Fe, then a Tucson and now a Kona. The Kona is a fun, peppy suv. Anxious to see how it handles the snow.

Engine Light

I had received engine light notices a number of times and sat for hours to find out nothing was wrong with the car. Missed time at work due to this issue.

Great Car for the Money

I do not have high hopes that this will even be read. The car has overall has been great. The car is just over 2 years old and I have put 55,000 miles into it and it stays reliable. I have had no issues when it comes to the engine, drivetrain, or handling. The quirks are as followed however. Within the first year one of the back windows stopped functioning entirely and will not come back down. The cruise control does not hold a speed. It barely holds +- 3mph. I will frequently hit -5mph off the setting. But it will immediately floor it back to +2mph after "realizing". Some of the sealant gaskets on the cars metal shell have degraded, fell out, and broke off. There is no water intrusion yet so no problem I guess. Overall though, I am focusing on the maintenance of the drivability part and it holds. I see this car easily going 150k miles before any real hiccups.
