My car is a good car rides well and handles well looks good the paint stays looking new plenty of leg room comfortable seating the only issue is the gas mileage is not what I was hoping it would be and the storage is good if you put the back seats down. Overall I am very satisfied.

Love My Hyundai!

Great on gas! Smooth quite riding makes it easy to hear your sounds on blue tooth. The side mirrors with alert sounds adds safety to my driving. Reversing in & out of spaces makes it less stressful with the review camera. I’m so happy to have updated my vehicle, and wonder why I didn’t do it sooner. Mahalo Matt & Kainoa for taking the time and sharing your expertise. I Love My new Kona!!!

The biggest nightmare I've ever owned

Failure at all levels is the only thing that comes to mind with this car. At 4,995 miles a horn failed and a transmission failed. The first dealership failed to fix the transmission after 1 month out of service, the second replaced the transmission and it still didn't fix the vehicle. The best part about owning this car was having Hyundai buy it back after 5 long and drawn out months. Overall the customer service at dealerships and Hyundai corporate was bottom tier. The car is a dud and I am thankful to not own it anymore.

Disappointment

I had to get a new engine it within less than a year. The AC cuts out. The car turned off while I was driving it. The dealership failed to fix the car causing over heating on the new engine. Poor gas mileage not as advertised.

I like that it is an SUV but small enough like a compact car. It’s sporty and is a very nice vehicle. It is comfortable and you can put the back seats down for more storage. I have only had it a month but I am really enjoying it. The gas mileage is really good also.

Sporty looking car without any of the other components

Car rugs to one side when driving and apple car play/iPhone connection is delayed.exterior of car is nice and I bought a fun color. Don’t like the overuse of plastic. Overall car is ok, would not get another Hyundai.

Totally Love my Kona

Buy another car at another dealership

John Amato is the worse dealership. My experience with this dealership has been incompetence o the extreme. They don’t carry the part. If they do carry the part it is not installed correctly. Management doesn’t care or helpful. DON’T GO TO JOHN AMATO

Sporty AWD, great fuel efficiency and fantastic two person commuter vehicle.

Very happy with the performance. Great in the ice and snow, have many hills in this area, does a great job navigating them. Great dash dynamics. Stock sound system is great too! If you use this car with small children or just with two or fewer adults, you'll love it! Adult seating in the back of the car is very snug.

Sporty, fun, comfortable and great gas mileage!

I've had my eye on the Kona for a few years however my 2012 Hyundai Elantra was running great! I decided to take a test drive and instantly felt comfortable and loved it! The features, handling, storage with seats folding down, and leg room seeing I'm 5'8" and still have leg room in backseat. Didn't get to really see how it handled last year in the snow didn't have much of it. But looking forward to not putting snow tires on it like my Elantra every year seeing it's an AWD! Love my new ride and the great gas mileage!

Fast and easy experience

I was just pleasantly surprise on this car. Test drove it and loved and has all the room i need for my mobility scooter and the family that travel with me. Love all the new technology that it has and its not over whelming to me considering I am almost 70.
