The car is fine- unable to get in for an appointment/ no evening times- told my warranty won’t be honored because dealership sold- just found out by doing this survey that there’s a tire kit in car/ dealership didn’t mention that

Best car I’ve ever owned

Great vehicle. Handles well. Comfortable to drive. Plenty of power with standard engine. Economical. Sporty. Dealership is totally professional both sales and service. Maintenance appointments have been accomplished in a timely manner.

Wish it had all wheel drive

Reliable. Fun to drive. Meets all of my needs for inter-city driving. Good gas mileage. Handles well. Looks sporty. Great for single occupant or passengers, either way. Plenty of storage in trunk and back seats fold down for additional storage.

The Magic Kona

As I am a small, elderly woman, this car is the only one I can drive in comfort and safety. It's fun that people stop me to tell me how much they would like to have my car. The Kona fits my needs in every way.

Sporty Economical SUV

I looked at numerous cars before deciding on the Kona. What influenced me was an attractive sporty looking vehicle that was reasonable priced. The warranty is better than most and customer satisfaction was above average.

Great car the size and value!

Purchased two 2020 Kona's for our kids in college. They have exceeded our expectations. We live in NW PA and the vehicles got around well in all weather conditions. The Kona's are a comfortable ride, stylish inside and out, great on fuel economy, and accelerate well.

Great car! Fun to drive. Lots of safety features. Car Play! Would definitely consider a maintenance package with the dealership because the price point was so affordable, it felt like a sound decision. I have not regretted that.

Great compact SUV

Love this vehicle. Fun to drive, handles well and has a comfortable interior. Nice pickup from turbo and gas mileage is very good. Easy to use electronics and Apple CarPlay is a great feature. Temperature control system works great and accommodates quickly.

I bought a 2020 kona and now my paint is chipping off . And has been a headache trying to get it fixed they dealership.

Over all I’m happy with my new car purchase. Just not satisfied with the service at my dealership. It shouldn’t be this complicated to get issues fixed. I doubt I will buy any car from this company.

Great vehicle but ride sucks

The car is small and rides like a skateboard with no shocks or springs. Fuel economy is great and the 2 liter engine has amazing power. The electronics are smarter than I am and I have an advanced degree and a high IQ. I would not have bought the car if I knew the ride was so harsh. I paid it off anyway and accept the good gas mileage, performance on smooth highways, and put up with the bumpy ride on service streets.

love the dealership, but miss the person that sold me the car. Love the color and the size of the car. Love dealing with Lance in the service department. This is probably the last car I will buy at my age

Love the Kona!

I had been eyeing the Kona for some time. My Labrador was getting older, and I needed to make a vehicle change. Kona has everything I ever wanted, and she got a vehicle she can get into easily, and sit with her head out the window, so she got the packages she wanted. Win Win!

4 members of my household drive Hyundai for years. It is just the most features and comfort for the lowest amount of money. Durability is unmatched. So many things included in base model that other manufacturers want extra for.

Shop Before You Buy

I strongly suggest looking at other vehicle if you’re looking for performance with quality. To many people are being sold on Hyundai’s because of the warranty and outward appearance of the vehicle, however you ride in the vehicle, so you want to be comfortable. Also the warranty has it’s limitation as well. I am not new to Hyundai’s purchases and overall I have purchased Hyundai’s mostly, but very recently I have considered purchasing vehicles from other manufacturers because of the quality of their products and resale vehicle.

Like it but won’t go when you press the pedal.

I really like my Hyundai Kona except that when you press the gas pedal, there is way to much hesitation. I have reported this multiple times to the dealership and each time they say there is nothing to fix because this is due to the type of transmission the is equipped with. The vehicle does everything I need it to do but due to this hesitation issue I could never recommend it. I would love to test drive a Kona EV but unfortunately they do not sell them in my state.
