fun little car

My first new car. I previously lived in New York City and haven't owned a car for over a decade. So when looking to purchase a new car, I wanted it to be a compact suv, because I wanted a smaller, easier car to drive. Wish I got the hybrid though.

Kona Ultimate is a great CUV with excellent gas mileage and performance

This is a sporty fun little car that has so many above class options for the price. I'd highly recommend. The 1.6t engine is excellent. I don't think it pairs well in regards to performance with the dual-clutch transmission, but it does benefit the gas mileage.

This is my first Hyundai, and I had a great overall buying experience with the dealership. The Kona is a great compact vehicle with good mileage and styling. It has good safety ratings, Hyundai provides a great warranty.

Practicality

The Kona overall is a good vehicle. The many of the controls are on steering wheel including AWD, and radio which is very convenient. The AWD drive that can be switched off is probably is the most notable feature. This vehicle drives like any other Hyundai model; very practical and smooth. Does not have great acceleration. This vehicle would be a good option though for someone looking compact AWD vehicle. The body of the vehicle for some of the might be too much for some of the model’s shades. Also another good feature for this vehicle is that many features can be manually controlled and are not as automatic which is something I personally value.

Great vehicle

I bought an Ultimate edition in Lime Green. Had about 6 weeks so far and absolutely love it. Handles and rides like a car. Good acceleration and smooth ride. Been averaging about 32.5 mpg so far. Roomy and very comfortable Just a couple things surprised not on the ultimate package

Hyundai Kona Outstanding Vehicle

My husband and I highly recommend the Hyundai Kona to anyone looking to purchase a great vehicle with an awesome warranty and not have to spend your kids college fund to buy it....The Kona Limited offers all the features found in much more expensive vehicles and combined with the 1.6 Turbo engine it's by far the best buy for the buck.

excellent vehicle with 1 drawback, mpg

everything is very good on this vehicle. Lots of safety features. Love the switch for AWD or 2WD. Mine has 110watt Infinity sound system with subwoofer which is exaclt what I wanted. But be ready for poor gas milage, My only disappoinment.

What a wonderful car

I wanted another Hyundai after buying two but was looking for something smaller. This car is smaller but packed with options and power. I bought the Ultimate and I get compliments from everyone even people I don’t know. Easy to handle and very comfortable. I gave my grandson my Dante Fe and now he wants my Kona. Not giving it up.

I love it more every day!

My new Hyundai Kona SEL is exactly what I was looking for! AWD, compact, lots of character and handles like a sports car! This one's a keeper, folks. Even has extra storage room under the trunk floor panel. Fantastic deal!...and don't let me forget to mention how much I enjoy the premium sound system while I am driving. Love, love, love this vehicle.

Great small SUV

This little Kona is just the right size for my purposes. It raises my line of sight enough to make me feel more secure, and the safety features are spot on. I did not purchase the Bluetooth option, and I wish I had. Having said that, the opening and closing of the rear door is beautifully engineered to be very easy to use even for a short person. I’m really enjoying driving it, and I’ve gotten many inquiries from neighbors about it and how “cute” it is.

Exactly what is was looking for in a vehicle. The dealership was clean and welcoming and the staff was amazing. Toua was my salesperson and he was very knowledgeable, friendly and very easy going. He listened to my needs and wants and make sure the Kona had everything I was looking for.

Great Value

This car exceeded my expectations in many areas. The ride is very comfortable, the car handles like a sports car, and the communications and sound are superior to any vehicle I have owned to date. I also like the car / SUV design mix as this gives me ease of getting in and out of the car, and better visibility, especially at highway on ramps.

Great compact SUV with surprising room

I bought a 2018 Kona and have enjoyed it greatly. Came back i and turned the 2018 in on a 2020 of a different color and a few more bells & whistles. Great little vehicle, quick, peppy and packing a nice amount of power for the size. Have been really impressed with how much can be fi into the back of it when the back seats are dropped.

Cute and Zippy

Been watching this cutie for a couple years, love the color choice and packages. This car has great pickup when you need to use it and sport mode kicks it up a bit more. Love the green accent color on interior of vehicle, this just adds to the attraction of this car. It has the 1.6 T engine and gets great mileage on the highway. I’m very happy with this choice. Only thing I would say on the down side is, the ride can be a little stiff or bumpy depending on the road you are traveling on. But the turn radius is great and easy to turn in tight spaces and parks very easily.

Kona Rocks

The Hyundai Kona is truly a Rock Star. This crossover is a dependable vehicle and is extremely versatile for those individuals who live an active lifestyle. As a skier, cyclist and canoeist residing in a mountainous area, the Kona has performed in a reliable manner in all conditions, particularly during our long winter season. Previously owned a Santa Fe, which was also a high quality vehicle. Definitely a fan of Hyundai products.

Kona top's the competition!!

The Kona is a perfect choice for for an city compute, sporty SUV or driving long distance to work. The Roof racks are a bit noisy, however when the window's are closed the wind and road noise are barely heard.

I enjoy driving my new Kona. It has good pick up and gets good gas mileage. For a small SUV it is roomy inside. I would recommend this vehicle to others. I love the blue & black combo of the exterior.
