Hyundai Ioniq hybrid

First time we've had a hybrid. Absolutely love the 60+ mpg! Especially since I drive 60 round trip everyday! And very smooth ride! Android auto it's going to make traveling a lot easier with the map on the screen and not have to check my phone will the time!

My words are not important. The performance and value of this vehicle is excellent. It would have been even higher if the features I most wanted performed or were even present it the car. It is a good care that would have been great for us if it did have the safety features and they performed well that I specifically wanted. But, I did not get them. Despite this, it is a great vehicle. I am going to go looking for another car. Perhaps it will meet my expectations. This one was close. Too bad Hyundai. I think you lost a good customer. By the way, this survey is very hard to complete. I suspect that many people will not fill it out. You might want to simplify or more carefully focus the survey. I expected a 10 minute survey and this has gone on for about 45 minutes. The construction is not conducive to easy and rapid completion. Nice try though.

2021 Hyundai Ioniq Hybrid Limited

The car was purchased for high fuel mileage. So far I usually always get 52 mpg or higher on regular highways at around 60 -65 mph. On days with no wind at all it will get up to 58 mpg. I have not traveled much on interstates at high speeds to report interstate mpg's yet. We like the car all except a certain feature with the infotainment screen. It doesn't bring up the last thing that you had it on such as radio or media. Every time you start the car the screen is on a home screen with minimal information. You have to manually change it back to radio or media every time. I had Hyundai service people agree that whatever you have on the screen it should come back up when restarting the car. I had them take a look and they didn't find away to set it any differently. I also called Hyundai and a lady told me she didn't see anything that could be changed. I still wonder if it is in a setting somewhere? The owners manual is a bit confusing because there are 3 different kinds of the Ioniq and different trim levels except for maybe the all electric version. There are several different infotainment systems within the owners manual. The other thing is the center stack controls are just black plastic touch pads instead of buttons. I use a little cloth when touching settings otherwise it is notorious for leaving finger prints all over! I think regular buttons would have been the way to go. Overall we love the car though. I just wished we could get the infotainment screen to be more convenient.

Young Professionals and Regional Driving

Bought this for the economy and general advances in technology from my previous 2021 make. My last car was not broken, just have the money and an increase in safety, along with the rising costs of maintenance made this a good change.

We like the car. But we are still over shadowed by the leasing process which hit us like a thunder storm. The final sales person may make few thousand dollars more for Hyundai but the damage to the good will of Hyundai is unforgivable and unforgetable. I was depressed for few days after we got this new car from Hyundai. It should be our happy moment. We do not deserve it. Hyundai does not need this practice because you really have a good product. You sell or lease with good transparency. You protect your interest while you respect the same thing of your customer. Please kindly accept this advice from an old man.

My needs were specific and I got what I wanted.

My car isn't flashy out there. I might add whitewall tires. But, it is solid, great economy as a hybrid and full of navigation and safety features. That's why I bought my Ionic SE and love it. If after all of my effort, you still need 250 characters, just delete this whole damn thing.

Great car

Great car, comfortable, roomy and great fuel economy. I am happy with the drive and how easy it is to reach everything in the vehicle while driving. I have owned a Prius in the past and leased the Ioniq for the last three years and when it was time to get a new car there was really no decision on which way I was going to go.

Quality Car

Great Quality Car for the price. The Ioniq that I purchased was mid-grade, yet offered many quality features such as rear-view camera, heated seating, blue tooth and the optimal safety features like lane and side-view mirror detection that you'd only find in the higher tier car models.
