My car has been in the dealer's service for almost 8 months!
Despite being covered by warranty, apparently Hyundai technicians haven't been able to repair it. In addition, customer service (dealer and headquarters) have been terrible without a clear report about the conditions of the vehicle and the damage it really has. We have been asking for a diagnosis and report of the repairs, but the dealer hasn't provide them. We are the ones who have to call the dealer to ask what has happened to the vehicle with the same answer: "they are waiting for new ordered parts to install."
My son needed the car to work, but he hasn't been able to do it for 8 months because the temporary rental car doesn't allow it.
Since the problem seems to be in the transmition system, we no longer feel safe receiving and driving that vehicle. Additionally, during all these months, we have been spending extras on transportation, gas, and tolls, among other affectations. WE WON'T FEEL SAFE driving this car after so many time in service, after any (uncertain) time they deliver it to us.
