The best car and worst car I ever owned.
What do I think about this amazing car? Truth is, it's the best and everyone loves it and what I hate most is my overpriced navigation system which had to be purchased in order to obtain the upgraded seating.
The "9.2" navi is the most outdated system on the market, the stereo is amazing, but the navi was not built to use Android or Apple CarPlay. this is a big detriment because we are using outdated maps and a user interface which is worse than windows 3.2 - it's impossible to type in an address and a big waste of time. My experience is ruined every time I enter this beautiful car, I am always on the road and require an Amazing map system and Hyundai did not deliver. The other issue is, everyone must pay for remote start, diagnostics, and so much more and yet you cannot use ANY of these products (you paid for) unless you sign up with Verizon's Bluelink by paying at least $20.00 a month or $240.00 a year and actually is much more than that. Hyundai, please change your business model when it comes to customer experience in the vehicle.
