The Total Package
My 2015 Hyundai Genesis Ultimate Coupe needs no options--it comes with everything. Styling is an exquisite blend of shapes and lines. Interior is flawless in design, presentation, and quality--no cheap materials or half hearted efforts here. Beautifully stitched leather, "smart" windows, "smart" keyless entry/start system, "smart" mirror, heck "smart" everything and power everything. I particularly like that there is no flat laying controls or buttons that could be mistakenly bumped by your elbow or such. Controls are smartly grouped by function. The 348hp eight speed limited-slip powertrain is ample and applicable to every situation. And forget the EPA estimates--I am regularly either at or near 30 mpg on the highway. The car is a sheer joy to drive with sports tuned suspension, tires, and brakes. And what a value. When I looked, I found to get all of this in a comparable car usually required adding lots and lots of options making the price much higher. I do treat my car like a Coupe...that is to say, there are rear seats, but they are for incidental use especially since large passengers will find them to be tight quarters. That said, if you need a sedan buy one, but if you want an amazing Coupe, -the total package- , it has arrived. Oh, did I mention that comes standard with a 360 watt ten speaker Infinity sound system, two stage heated front seats, illuminated door sill plates, steering wheel mounted audio controls & Bluetooth (handsfree) controls & cruise controls & paddle shifters, Navigation system with 7" touch screen, aluminum foot pedals, power tilt and slide sunroof, auto leveling HID xenon headlights, LED taillights, LED daytime running lights, fog lights, tire pressure monitoring system, six airbags, body color fold away heated power side mirrors, and on and on.
