Great service of my vehicle. Not so for the sales staff
Larry, in Service, was attentive, friendly, and quite anxious to explain the problem with a switch. He proceeded to replace same with no additional fuss. Contradistinct from this experience was the one in the showroom as you shall now read:
In the past, while awaiting my car's service, I have shopped for a new model, and have purchased one on the spot (Acura) because my wife needed a new car, and we really liked the that car. That has been my feeling with the Genesis Coupe. My Genesis Coupe is 7 years old, and I inquired about the newer models of that auto and other Hyundai products. Although there were no other customers in the showroom, the two men acted as if talking to me was a burden on them. In fact, they did not seem to know about the 2017 models. They then agreed with each other that neither knew enough to answer my query. They then rudely resumed with their breakfasts, seemingly oblivious to my presence. A 2016 Genesis Coupe was on the showroom floor, and the men said that I could inspect it myself--without further disturbing them. I am therefore somewhat reluctant to purchase my next Hyundai auto from this dealership, but will certainly use it for service. Coconut Creek and Delray dealerships are well within range for me.
