Good communication with staff

Only problem is bay door for entrance is not manned so it's necessary to go inside to speak to service advisor All staff is pleasant and easy to work with. From initial call to pick up very smooth process

Really like my Hyundai

Car sits so low it is hard for tall friends or older friends to get in and out of the car. I wish car had windshield wipers on rear windshield. I consistently have problems with the dashboard mechanical system with messages that I need oil changes etc when I don’t.

Reliability is great

We first bought a 2022 hybrid. In town it was wonderful however we live 35 miles east of the town where we do all our business. The car was totaled by insurance company but only damage on the left side. The way the body is made the shop couldn't repair it? We now own a 2023 gas only limited getting about 50 miles per gal. In any driving.

Great mileage hard to enter and noise levels are high

The car has road noises my work truck with 176,000 miles doesn't have. The gas mileage is extremely high that is very positive. For my wife and I we both wish we had chosen a different vehicle. The sun roof looked like it would be great but we don't use it because it is just too windy and noisy.

So far so good.

The car is running as I expected it would, especially given the excellent warranty. Haven't had to fix anything. Don't like the little hump in the middle of the back seat, though. Wish it was flat.

This is the 3rd Hyundai I have owned. All have been great.

I have enjoyed my 2023 Hyundai. It maneuvers well and is enjoyable to drive. The features I most enjoy are the Bluetooth hands free phone system and the warning about vehicles when I am passing. I feel it is a safe car.

Of all cars I've driven, this is my all time favorite!

I've driven many cars including a Corolla, Malibu, and Scion iA. Have to say the Elantra is my favorite car. From its features to body interior and exterior, she's not only a beauty but a champion overall. Very comfortable to drive and mpg is definitely a plus!

Cheap reliability

Its reliable, but the quality built and design of the vehicle leaves a lot to be desired, even more from a respected brand like hyundai. The futuristic features that are heavily “sold” by the salespeople are actually so inconsistent it makes them a hazard on the road.

Best automobile for the money I've ever owned

This is the best value to price vehicle I have ever owned. I previously owned a 2013 Elantra and the changes to the quality and performance of this vehicle is night and day. Once I test drove this car, I knew I was going to buy it..

Insurance

The car is very good on gas mileage. You get a lot for your fill up. However, the insurance is very high for that particular vehicle. We have a Tucson, which we like a little bit more. Do you like the Hyundai and have had the keys before and they were good as well?

good fuel economy

the front bumper made of plastic is of poor strength. In area like Chicago, if the bumper goes over snow , it easily cracks. The headlights are not bright enough for night driving. The vehicle does not have smart/adoptive cruise control - the feature really useful for long highway driving. On highway at speed of 70 mph, the cabin becomes bit noisy induced by wind noise. The rear seat is not 60/40 split.

2023 Hyundai Elantra SEL

I like the car very much, it drives nice, steers nice, breaks great, many safety features, good looks inside and out, the only complaint I have is the carpet is poor quality. The Sonata SE and the Tiburon GT carpet had very good quality in them.

Good, but could’ve been great.

Honestly, if the Elantra N-Lines would’ve been optioned like the N-Line Ultimate in Canada, the US N-Line would’ve been a crowd favorite. Having the leather, the LED headlights and Bose Audio as standard equipment would’ve made a much more pleasurable ownership. Adding wireless CarPlay/Android auto would’ve greatly improved the infotainment system. Overall the N-Line is a great choice for those who want some options, a sporty sedan and not break the bank.

Best choice for the practical driver.

Love the look of the car inside and out. Love the gas mileage and the display of said which helps me adjust my driving to maximize economy. Love the reliability of the car and the longevity with little more than routine maintenance. My last Hyndai was nearing 200,000 miles when I sold it. I feel I got my money's worth and more and I have little doubt this one will give me the same peace of mind.

Funniest Drive Around

I tell you what, this is my 2nd Elantra and my 2023 is just plan fun to drive and the way it handles. Quick acceleration, stop on a dime breaks. Handles the curves in the road like a sleek sports car, all at a great price that can complain about. I have had this for almost 2 years now and will not settle for anything less than a Hyundai Elantra

I like it, but don't love it

I have been a big Hyundai fan for over a decade. I have been loyal to the brand. Some of the features feel so basic for this vehicle (maps, etc). I have loved my previous Hyundai vehicles, but not this one. The in car navigation is poor and I am very disappointed that the Android Auto feature doesn't automatically connect. As much as I hate to admit this, I may choose a different vehicle brand next time. In the past, i have always recommended Hyundai, but the newer styles are very disappointing.

Great value

Solid car. Base model has all the features I want without too much aggravating technology. I'm a large guy, and I fit in this car better than the class competition, and better than some slightly larger cars. I get 40+ mpg, much higher than the published mpg.

Nice and affordable new car

It drives smooth with a nice sleek interior. It is good on gasoline. I could easily get 36 to 40 mpg depending on how I drive. It is one of best in lowest prices for a new car. It takes me to and from I need to go.

Disappointment on wheels

Extremely cheaply made. Car overheats during summertime due to the poor quality materials that are used in the interior. It becomes an oven. Remote key app doesnt integrate with my phone after some idiotic huyndai update. I have the best quality tint on all windows and yet, it's still gets hot as hell. Exterior is bad as well, not resilient and gets dents and scratches without any impact. Navigation system is a total failure. The maps don't get updated and you will be lost half of the time. I contacted customer support and they wanted me to take pictures, provide correct maps, destination on a map etc etc. that needs correction. They make you fill out forms etc. Are you insane???? This is a full time job and should not be on the customer. Also, how do you expect someone to take photos while they are driving??? Update your useless system and then release an update to the public. I can't believe I paid extra $$$$ for this crap. I have to use Google maps, if I actually want to get to my destination.

Love Hyandi on my second!!

Love my Elantra! Beautiful interior and the sleek design on the body.Wish it had a sunroof and automatic seats. I will definitely be getting my third hyundai after this one. The warranty was amazing too.
