I love my car!

This car has style and functionality. Regularly getting 40 mpg has been wonderful. It's spacious considering its compactness. Technology integration is good and the UI is pretty intuitive. This is a beautiful car and runs and handles tight.

Great value sport car

Is fast, great handing, spacious, great fuel economy make near to 360 miles in longs trip, i make 33mpg in highway and 27-29mpg between cities. Beautiful white color, comfortable front seats. Is my Daily driver.

Good car horrible dealership

The car is awesome, but dealership and services like that are just horrible. Purchased the car brand new and had a tire with the tires a week after and dealer refused to fix/replace. Also impossible to get a service time within the same month.

Value

Didn’t have to pay for features I didn’t want and ensured I would save as much as possible on gas without paying for a hybrid car. Wanted a base model as this would be strictly a work commuter car at 140m/day, but got plenty of features that are nice to have without having to pay for extra trim lines.

Good FIRST new car

Not a bad car for a first time-er. Maybe if you are getting a car for the first time from your parents. I would say it's a great car. It is good on car and it's up to date on all the smart features....it just has weird bad issues like water getting stuck in taillights, car NOT starting in cold temps and much more....breaks are already kind of getting a bit worn and just had it less than a year.

Basics missing. Poor storage. No rear cupholders. Etc.

The basic features of a car in my opinion are not included in this vehicle: Poor storage, Trunk style does not allow for bike rack, no 60/40 split in back seat, no rear cupholders, etc. The vehicle is good, but does not allow you to use it for many other uses b/c of basic features missing. I would not buy this vehicle again. I am considering trading it in.

Good car for the money.

It's a good, safe car for relatively little money. One of the best warranties around. Most importantly, many of the best safety features (BSW, LKA, RCTW, backup camera, etc.) come standard. It gets great gas mileage, sometimes as good as most hybrids. AND it comes with an actual spare tire, not a tire fix kit.

This car is by far the best car I ever purchased. Everything about the car is great(great ride, great feel when driving, great on fuel consumption, great on everything else to numerous to mention. You would be making a BIG mistake NOT to purchase this vehicle.

BlueLink loosing signal, cutting in and out.

Bought the Elantra brand new last year from Ken Garff Hyundai Downtown. I live in Davis County and work in Salt Lake City. On the commute to work and back home the Bluelink system constantly cuts in and out. I have dropped important cell calls, and am unable to listen to my Apple Music. Last time I took it for an oil change, I told Jason at the service desk about this problem. He said they would update the software which may fix the problem. If it does not, let him know. There is a. SD card that they could replace that would fix it. When I left to drive home, the problem persisted. I immediately texted Jason that it was still a problem. That was January 16th. No response. Four more texts to Jason, the last being January 21st. No response. I called twice and finally got through the gauntlet to the service desk on February 8th. The man who answered instructed me to bring the car in Friday morning (today) and they would fix the problem. As agreed I left my work and went to Service. There I saw Jason who told me there is nothing they can do for me. He said I should get in touch with the software company that Hyndai uses called "MapnSoft," and have then send the SD card and Thumb Drive. I asked, "will there be a charge for this?" He said, "there may be, I don't know." To which I asked, "Why should I be charged to fix a problem with a brand new Hyundai to make the thing work as it should?" He had no answer. I told him. "Very well, I will go back to work and look up the MapnSoft web site, which I did. On the CHAT line I described the problem and asked if there is a fix for that. Their response was that they have no fix for that problem. That I should contact "Hyundai Customer Care," or reach out to directly to "Bluelink." I sent this response to Jayson and he texted me that I should make an appointment for Monday an leave the car for the day. So this is why I cannot recommend the Hyundai Elantra. First the Bluelink is unreliable, and second because they will tell you to fix it yourself.

Super fun and good as a family car

Very fun and exciting car. This car is for the person who wants fun in their daily car. It fits the bill to take the kids to school on the weekdays and then taking it to the race track on the weekends. I get compliments all the time on this car. Everyone loves it!

Brake FAILURE after 8 months.

After 8 months, I experienced entire failure of the brake system. Required slamming the pedal all the way to the floor repeatedly before the brakes would engage. My original dealership said they wouldn’t get me in to look it over for over 30 days - with FAILED BRAKES! I took it t another dealership 20-25 miles away. It took 2 months to fix and was left outside in the elements the whole time resulting in dents from weather, heavy rusting on the brake drums, and a chip in the windshield resulting in a large crack. The glass is cheap and interior is as well. Easily scratches and reflects off the cheap windshield causing visibility issues while driving.

I love my Elantra. I have owed 3 total. I bought my first one for my Driver's Ed business. My business requires lots of driving, so the gas mileage was most important for me. Also, the amount of space was also important. I have parents that have to sit in the back seat and all have commented on how spacious the back of the car is.

2022 Elantra N (NOT N-Line)

Nearly perfect car. While bells and whistles such as Adaptive Cruise Control would be nice, this car is a different kind of market. My only legitimate complaint is the terrible paint quality. I love this vehicle, but the paint quality is abysmal. It has less than 2500 miles, and there are more paint chips and imperfections than my 2012 Azera with 105k miles. The paint appears to be a single thin layer, with no primer used.

I had good experience with my vehicle and dint have a major trouble during my 1 year of purchase. Car is very stylish inside and out.

Vehicle is stylish and most important thing I love is on highway it would go very smooth with string mileage up to 40 miles. And all other safety features while driving like emergency breaks, cautions while driving are helpful.

22 Elantra Review

This is my third Elantra, and my wife traded her Toyota Rav Hybrid for her Elantra. Over the past three cars, they all got great gas mileage, but this by far is the best. As a consumer who puts many miles on his vehicle I watch my mileage closely. I have yet to get a tank of gas less than 40 mpg, and my accumulated gas over a 7500 mile period has not produced Lisa than 45 mpg. Many tank surpass 45 mpg. I will not hesitate to purchase another Elantra ‼️
