Stay Away from Wesley Chapel Hyundai

Purchased an Elantra from Wesley Chapel Hyundai and would not recommend going here. Had to file a complaint on them with the Better Business Bureau due to their shady business practices and Finance personnel. The dealership makes it all about milking the customer for every possible dollar and will add in up charges and up sell you on products and services that you do not need just to make their numbers look good on a sale. The worst car buying experience I have ever had was at this dealership and they do not have good customer service.

My 1st Hyundai

Bought the car at a dealer close to me in Pennsylvania in 2021, and have put under 13,000 miles on it so far. I now live far away from my selling dealer, and got a job at my local Hyundai dealer, because I like the car so much.

I gave the inside high ratings, but outside is lacking

Overall, my experience with the dealership company was good and the cost is relatively low if that’s what you’re looking for. My warranty is good and I can appreciate that however, it is almost useless for me personally because you have to leave your vehicle for up to four days for the smallest of things to be looked at. That’s not an option for me as a mother who works and has to deliver children to school. Please refer to the pros and cons section for the car evaluation.

Very sleek

Vehicle is very well styled and gets good milage. It is a pleasure to drive and I get plenty of comments on its looks and performance. I am truly satisfied with my vehicle and enjoy driving it very much.

Many quality issues

Car under two years and it has many issues already. You cannot take it to the deal ship because they never have appointments and the attitude and service is terrible. I ended up with a nice car on the outside, that’s it.

great value, AND great vehicle.

As a person that spent over 20 years in the automotive industry, and in particular, over 10 years in an OEM service department, I am conditioned to looking for faults and flaws. The Hyundai SEL certainly was a surprise. It was everything my research led me to believe it would be. Quality build, great warranty, and outstanding fuel mileage. We just traded it in on a 2023 Limited, after putting 58,000 miles on the 2021 in almost exactly 2 years of driving.

Good vehicle. Enjoy driving

I enjoy driving the vehicle. Handles great in inclement weather. Enjoy the blue link, able to remote start the vehicle with customized options that you can save or remote start from my Alexa device. Makes my commute enjoyable.

I enjoy the vehicle. It came with a reasonable price. It drives well, and is economic efficient on gas. I feel it's a safe care to drive my grand daughter in. It has plenty of trunk space. I look forward to buying another new vehicle.

Excellent vehicle to own and fun to drive.

My 2021 Elantra is a beautiful car, I get excellent gas milage and it is fun to drive. It has plenty of power, handles very well and I have received compliments from friends and family about the styling and overall appearance of the car.

2021 New purchase - 40k miles in '23

Good car. No pep. Poor sound system and does not keep road noises down. Headlights are not bright. Comfortable & smooth ride and great gas mileage. Good features for the price and compares to similar body types.

Best car ever bought

Looks great drives great always ready. My wife and I love this car and feel safe and comfortable every time we drive it. Plenty of power for a small engine. So comfortable with climate control going feels awesome!

Happy with car overall.

Car is very economical onlong trips. We get around 50 mpg. We were caught in Winter Storm Elliott, and the car held the road. We were able to travel in comfort when the actual temperature was minus four F.

Overall a good car

The front detection sensor stopped working after a year of use. Overall everything else is good. The car exterior is very nice and looks like a luxury car. The interior is also comfortable and I have the limited version so leather seats and seat warmers are great.

my experince has been good

i have been retired for almost 10 years . My vehicle is a very important part of my life. the quality and reliability that my Hyundai has provided me is comendable. the only reason for my purchasing a new vehicle was that it was time to upgrade to something more current. i loved my Accent and would have replaced kit with a current version however I come to find out that it was not available. I wasnt offered an option to have one made for me. My 2021 Elantra was impressive but not what i wanted. i have learned to accept it. I wanted a standard 5 speed transmission with all the current features but in an Accent..

happy with hyundai

would be super nice with a heated steering wheel. Driving in snow very easy, no spinning or slipping of the tires. Climate control system very easy to use. Adaptive cruise control great, especially while driving on thruways.

Very nice vehicle

This car is very nice. Comfortable smooth riding very good on gasoline which is very important to me at this time. It’s an attractive looking car. I feel it is very safe as it holds the road very well!
