Elantra 2020

Fun to drive. Great handling. Many safety features really helps with the road traffic especially navigating the roads as a senior citizen. Lol. Never had any vehicle problems since purchase - it runs and runs like the energizer bunny.

Build Quality

Company should focus on styling both interior and exterior more along with performance. Wipers, brakes need to be improved. Door noises need to be taken care of. Engine quality and average mileage are excellent.

The worst customer service

The dealership will no longer take my reservations - citing they’re too busy and it will be months before I can get my car in for service that they sold me when leasing the vehicle! Will be the last Hyundai I’ll lease unfortunately, because it’s a nice little vehicle.

Bad chip or sensor

Completely disappointed with vehicle and the service the absolute worst. Hyundai can't or won't fix the problem. At low speeds (in parking lots or stop and go traffic) the engine will pause and then lurch ahead.The problem is interrmittant making the vehicle completely undependable. 4 visits to get it repaired with no results 1 additional by a corporate technician still not fixed. When contacted by ABC News in Los Angeles the Corporate Representative stated that the vehicle meets Hyundai specs.

My 2020 Hyundai Elantra

This is my 2nd Elantra, my other being a 2018. I love these cars cause the driving & space within are great. I have yet to take the 2020 on long trips, but my 2018 took 2 long trips & gas mileage was great.

Silver Star

Great car so far with small problems but nothing to crazy. The seats are cozy especially the heated function for the winter time. And I really enjoy the sports mode from time to time, I would recommend this car to anyone.

It’s been a wonderful car

Can’t say enough good things about this car. I needed to quickly get an inexpensive ride after hitting a deer and totaling my old Toyota. Was only going to keep this one for a short while before trading up. Wound up keeping it because my wife and I both loved it so much. This has been a solid car for us and we have had zero issues with it. We’ll need to upgrade to a SUV with AWD or 4WD eventually but are seriously considering keeping this one as well. That’s how much we’ve liked it.

Safest car has all the comforts

Fuel efficient, good looking and great performance. Many safety features and comfortable. This car enveloped me, in a nest of air bags, when I had hit head on. The rescue crew and tow truck driver thought the occupant was a sure fatality. I practically walked away without major injury. I'll forever drive a Hyundai. Both of my daughters, mom, sister and niece all have switched to Hyundai

This is my second time having a Hyundai Elantra.

I bought a used 2011 Hyundai Elantra & I loved the way the car was built. My credit wasn’t great at the time I bought this car. I brought my credit rating up & traded a 2012 Ford Fiesta for a 2020 Elantra with only 15 miles on the car. I love my new car. It has all the options I wanted in a car & it runs great. I’m going on my 3rd year& plan on keeping this car for the rest of my life.

This survey is too long

Good purchase

A good car for the money. My vehicle did not have a gps so I have to use Google Maps. Dealership has been good in fixing nails in tire (twice) and scheduling service appointments. Plenty of pep and easy to drive.

Car was perfect until stolen

Many Hyundais are being stolen around the Columbus area and nothing has been done to address how easy it is to steal them. Someone was able to break into my locked car in broad daylight, rip out the ignition, start it, and drive off.

Smooth ride

The new Hyundai vehicles have real nice steering and a smooth ride! Everyone riding in my Elantra says how quiet and comfortable it is and real smooth! Lane assistant is real nice and Bluetooth and rear camera is nice!

Hyundai Service Depatment

If I don't have to use the Hyundai Service Department Side I won't. I took my car in for an oil change/tire rotation/tire balance @ 7:30 am. Service Manager standing right next to me @ 7:37am with 3 open bays to my right and open bays to my left, I told service manager I would be back. I was Helping a buddy and was pre-occupied helping him until it dawned on me it was getting late, however no phone call from Hyundai service department at all, I eventually asked my buddy to take me back to Hyundai arrived back at 12:20pm and waited 10 minutes for service agent to get to me. Service agent said my car was lost in the shuffle after I left and been gone for 5 hours, really, although I was next up @ 7:37 am in the morning. Waited another (hour) to get my car serviced for an oil change/tire rotation/ tire balance. No apology or explanation from the manager. From the guy who was standing right next to me @ 7:37 am and even had the audacity to (still charge) me for the tire balance that's not included with the standard (basic) 7,500-mile service (EVEN) though my car got lost in the shuffle for (5) hours. WoW. What a pathetic situation and this is just a portion as there is much more that would take another three paragraphs to describe how pissed off the service manager made me and the lack of concern and empathy this guy had. I had to keep my cool to get home to our 17-year-old Chihuahua Jack Russell mix because she was dying, and anytime I would spend more time away from her than I thought was necessary I would get an anxiety attack so I had to stay even keeled so I wouldn't get in trouble and cause further delay...long story short. If I can (AVOID) using the Hyundai Service Department Side I will. If you can use the Nissan Service Department (w/Matthew) I would

Gets the job done

Definitely gets you where you need to go, smooth ride and is pretty great on gas, I can only imagine future models getting better. I purchased new, but even after the time I've had it it runs the same as when I pulled it off the lot
