Very happy so far.

So far the car is great. But there are two things that I would like to see changed on future models. First is the dash. I would like it to be one consistent texture. The smooth to bumby dash causes a glare in the windshield when driving. And second the key fob is a little large. I would like to see one smaller like the one on my crv.

Clean and Trustworthy

I got the car because it was a good deal but I am overall very happy with it because there are no problems with it. Made in Korea it seems clean and well put together. I would recommend this vehicle to anyone looking for a fuel efficient get around town vehicle.

Worth every penny!

I have averaged 50 MPG on my first 5,ooo miles and had several 50 mile trips getting over 60MPG. The driver assist is awesome. A very nice ride.

Does not meet EPA mileage rating on window

The car after 2,000 miles has yet to achieve the promised miles. Over a 100 miles per tank less than promised. Also, the dashboard metrics do not work out mathematically. Based on the gas used and the miles driven, I only got 39 mpg but the dashboard metrics said I got 49 mpg. Something is not right with the cars electronics and mileage statement in relation to total miles driven and fuel used. Based on reality, this car is getting 20 mpg less than promised. I have proof and readings to prove this.

Could use some improvement

Well for starters idk why they put the luggage and fuel door at the very bottom next to the driver's seat..So many free space next to driver's door where the battery reset button is..Same time i think maybe they put it there on purpose for the car thieves not to find but c'mon it's so annoying and uncomfortable location to put..Then there's the infotainment screen..It happens when i start the car it doesn't always start the media player..Sometimes does, sometimes doesn't..As if it decides for itself..

Good car, good dealership, bad car company

On-line access to pay off car inpossible to use. Sent a check for pay off, but was told repeately that it had not been received. Stopped payment on the check and with the aid of the customer service in India, electronically transferred the money. The next day the finance center in Dallas, Texas cashed the check. Now Hyundai has over $15,000, resulting in an over payment of $7532.12. Customer service agreed that there was an overpayment and that a check would be mailed to me in 3 weeks. It didn't happen! Then I was told it had to be reviewed. Again no refund was sent out. Then I was told that I had to speak to a supervisor, who said that the matter would be expedited, but the person who had to approve it was not there at this time. Still no refund. Again I was transferred to a supervisor, and was told it would be coming to me the first part of the next week. It did not happen! I called again and was transferred to another supervisor who told me that it would come to me in the first part of the following week. The check finally arrived on Saturday, May 1st. I mailed my check on March 2nd. It took 2 months to complete this transaction. The excuse I was given was because it was a large amount, it had to be reviewed. For a multi-billion dollar corporation, this is a minor amount of money and this delaying of issuing a refund is either gross incompetence or an atempt at theft. This is the second new Hyundai that I have bought from Northtowne Hyundai, and they have been great cars, the salesman and dealership was excellent to work with, but because of the way I have been treated by the Company; I will not recommend or buy another Hyundai.
