Annoying, but drives great

Comfortable ride and handles well. The annoying part is the dash/entertainment system. Multiple ways to do the same thing which makes learning more difficult. Strange mixing of controls for dash displays and audio. Integration with Apple CarPlay is inconsistent (may be Apple's fault) for some apps like Spotify and Sirius. The dial on the console can be manipulated up and down/sideways and also scrolls but these actions act differently depending on the menu. Touchpad just leads to errors. The default activation of cruise control includes lane-following too, even though there is a button for each, often I want to just use cruise control alone . When in driver assist mode it asks repeatedly to keep my eyes on the road, when I already am. I read on the internet that this is because I am wearing sunglasses. So in many environments I find this function unusable. Key fob is inconvenient. In reverse, side mirrors turn down (good) but sometimes when shifting into drive they don't come back up (bad). But the ride is nice and that is the most important thing I guess. I just wish they would get the user interface right

Genesis needs to make this car better

Genesis has a great platform but they took too many quality short cuts building this car, nobody needs 22 inch wheels, why is the sun roof poorly insulated? Why is the glass in the car so cheap and not IR blocking glass?? Why is the infotainment system so awful and glitchy? Why does it not have massage seats like the G90?!! Only the front "strench" seat is absolutely useless it needs to be at least 2 front massage seats!!! I am extremely disappointed with my GV 80 and I will go back to Mercedes.

I LOVE my Genesis GV-80

I recently purchased a brand new Genesis GV-80. I'm so impressed with the luxury, comfort, technology, smooth ride, and whisper quiet engine. I am often stopped and asked by people what kind of car it is and will ask how I like it. They too are impressed with the beautiful, classy design. Prior to owning this car, I had two Cadillacs and thought I would stay loyal to them forever. But my mind has been changed! I love my Genesis!

Definitely not disappointed in our new GV 80.

This car is the real deal. After comparing most of the similar options in this vehicle class, the decision was easy. Quality throughout, unique, exclusive features and excellent dealer service.

Beautiful and luxurious SUV and the best value for such on the market.

The design and construction of the GV80 are exceptional. It combines elegance, comfort, and exciting technology all in one beautiful package. It's fun to drive and useful in so many ways. We drive it proudly.

Quiet Luxury

The Genesis GV80 is an exceptional vehicle and, without a doubt, a true example of “quiet luxury.” Every detail feels thoughtfully considered, from the extra-large display and passenger vanity mirrors to the gorgeous, meticulously designed interior. The GV80 exudes class, sophistication, and attention to detail in a way that feels effortless rather than flashy. The comfort features take the experience to another level. The heated and ventilated seats are perfect for keeping you comfortable in any season, while the massaging seats add an unexpected level of relaxation, especially on longer drives. Everything about the cabin feels intentional, luxurious, and beautifully executed. It’s the kind of vehicle that doesn’t need to announce its luxury; it simply lets you experience it. From the premium materials and stunning interior design to the smooth, quiet ride and thoughtful technology, the GV80 delivers a level of comfort and refinement that can easily compete with some of the most established luxury brands. Genesis has created a vehicle that feels sophisticated without being pretentious, and that is exactly what “quiet luxury” should be.
