Luxury and Performance!!

Absolutely love my Genesis GV70! It's so comfortable and the controls are easy to reach and see. Love the massage seat!! Sunroof is so quiet when open and I have enough space in the cargo area for everything. In fact, we took my husband's GV70 (yes, he loves his too) to the airport for a recent trip to Maui and fit two sets of golf clubs and two large suitcases in his car. It's also a really great looking car with some zip to the engine. Yes, people will complain about the gas mileage but not me. I'll take the peppy engine over gas mileage any day.

Smooth with class

The best vehicle i have purchased thus far. The noise cancelation is one of the best features; when I'm driving and listening to music, Ifeel like I'm in another world.

Feels like I’m driving into the future

Quiet, powerful (3.5T), comfortable, user friendly, luxurious, and an entirely new/added driving experience. It’s a fun, lively conventional drive, but the 2nd level driver assist makes long road trips more relaxing than any I’ve taken in over 50 years of driving.

2026 Genesis GV70 Review

I like how responsive the car is, but that comes at the cost of the fuel efficiency. The inside is comfortable, and console is easy to use. I wish it had the soft-close doors. There are many things I like, so I will focus on stuff I don't. The shifter, that wheel is so annoying. I wish they would change it. Electric back seat folding could be nice as well. The turn camera on the dashboard is cool, but it's covered either by steering wheel or my hand. Maybe moving it to the right side of the display would be better. Glove box and arm rest storage could be bigger.

2026 GV70 Sport Prestige

Overall appearance, inside and out, is excellent. Appears to be a vehicle from one of the established luxury brands. Fit and finish is outstanding. Like many of the new vehicles, there are a lot of touch panels and screens. While this may be easy to use while you are standing still, it is harder to use while moving. Forcing the driver to remove their eyes from the road to make a selection. Plus, it adds fingerprints to those screens and panels, require those who enjoy a very clean vehicle to wipe them down often. Similar story for the grille. While is looks amazing when clean, you have to be diligent to wipe down each nook and cranny to eliminate water spots after a wash. Would be nice if the vehicle could recognize the driver by the individual key fob. My wife has one fob, and one set of comfort settings. I have the other. Currently, the only way to pick those settings is after the vehicle is started. Would also be nice to be able to permanently deactivate the start/stop system instead of having to deactivate it every time you start it. Automatic release of the parking brake when you put the vehicle in gear is very nice. Overall, very pleased. Still learning different settings, options, adaptive cruise control, etc.

New car

A lot I like, somethings that are annoying, a few that make no sense and some rhat don't work as expected. The tailgate trunk open doesn't work when needed, but works great when I walk by the back of the vehicle . Touch lock/unlock sensors need work sometimes they don't work. The trunk is to small and shallow. The blinker doesn't auto cut off when changing lanes (more than 7). Everything else is internal cab issues that I'll list in another inquiry.
