Absolutely love this car! It is so sharp and fun to drive. I get so many compliments on the matte white paint. The dealership was phenomenal and made the entire experience fun. I never thought of a Genesis until my boyfriend took me to look at them. As soon as I saw my GV70 I was smitten. :)

Customer service not what promised

Good vehicle. Service department and customer service not happy. I have had 2 warranty issues with the vehicle it's been over 1 month and issue is not fix. I also had to change dealership at a longer distance to get the issue fix. Dealer ship where I purchase the vehicle is horrible I don't want nothing to do with them.... my vehicle is still at the service department.

Great car, can be even better

This is an incredible car. I enjoy driving it as much as I can and the experience doesn’t get old. There are certainly some things that could be tweaked (either in software updates or future model years) but all-in-all this is a car I’d recommend to friends and family.

Gorgeous vehicle at a reasonable price!

The GV70 is an extremely luxurious vehicle. The quality for the price cannot be beaten. Driving performance is great. Took me a bit to get used to all of the safety features (lane keep assist), but ultimately appreciate all of these features. Best vehicle I have ever owned.

Amazing car and value. Customer service was top notch. Polite and professional. Attention to detail and worked with me throughout the entire process. I will be recommending Advantage Hyundai to all of my closest family and friends and even enemies it was that good.

The vehicle is beautiful and has lots of great safety features. I like the color and the seats and steering wheel is very convenient to use. The only problem I have is with connected services which doesn’t update. So each time I have to restart the whole system.

GV70 AWD issue

We like our 2023 GV70 styling interior and exterior, as well as overall driving experience. Major dissapointment was that after 3 months and 3000 miles the AWD yellow light came on and the car lost AWD traction in Dec 2022. I contacted the Genesis Dealer where we purchased the GV70 and sadly the Service Advisor or the Manager had never heard or seen this issue, although on the Genesis Owners forum many experienced this issue. Also, they wanted to keep the vehicle for a week to test it, and the next avail app was 1 month away... I opened a case with Genesis Corporate to reach out to the Engineers for this issue, but it was not possible. I called 2 more dealers and the last one was aware and knowledgeable about this AWD / Transfer Case issue. I had not performed the fix at that time because Genesis was replacing the Transfer Case with the exact same part#, which owners reported failure again 3-4k miles later. Eventually in Spring 2023 a TSB was issued. Overall great vehicle, but the Service and Service experience are areas of improvement.

Nice car

It's a nice car with styling that beats most of the rest of the market. Unfortunately the builds are not very customizable and you'll be scammed by the "port installs" of mostly useless features but that's a problem with Genesis Corporate in trying to make a quick buck rather than care about their customers.

The car us beautiful and efficient. I had a great sales person and Genesis of Norman was very helpful. I live on Texas but traveled to OK to the dealership. Nothing else to say other than this survey is tedious to complete using my phone. Thank you for your help.

First, I'm 84 yrs old. I bought this car for all the automatic safety features primarily. Next, some of the features are hard for me to program or understand. But for what I use regularly, transmission selector seems to be so similar to and close to the other dial, I catch myself operating the wrong control. The console storage seems to far to rear to use conveniently. The driver side window controls seem to far forward for easy use. Internal system tells me NAV/GPS needs to be updated. when I look to see how to do it, very cumbersome, not accomplished yet.

Great SUV. Handles well and is a perfect size for me

Couldn’t be happier with my Genesis. The style is just what I was looking for. Love the interior and the ease of using all the interior instruments. A little disappointed in the fuel economy. Handles well on the road. Have had a number of people stop and ask me about this vehicle and how much I like it.

What I expected

I researched this vehicle expensively online and took in a number of reviews. The vehicle is attractive inside and out, however, the wheels are horrible and I changed them immediately to 22" machine finished spokes (god I hate black and/or gray wheels). Would have liked to try the 3.5 liter version, however, they didn't have one on the lot, but the 2.5 liter is nothing to sneeze at.

Almost perfect

Not bad for what you pay for. Minus the issues, I'd buy again. More power would be nice to make the poor gas mileage exceptional. A better exhaust note also would have helped. And why have you all not implemented car play wireless? almost perfect, but not quite

I don't know what this is!

I am very pleased with the vehicle overall! It is comfortable, easy to handle. The manual was not clear for this model...It suggested I could program seats, mirrors and steering wheel for memory with myself and an additional driver when this feature is not available on the GV70. A few other items were also mentioned but are not available.

Disappointed

I'm very disappointed in my new car. I did not appreciate a warning light at 3000 miles and a service department that is not helpful. I have other problems with the car and feel that it will continue to have problems the more I drive it as it started at 3000 miles. I am not happy with the exterior paint or the how the seat upholstery is wearing. I am frustrated at other items that happen sporadically.

Great Car for the Money

Overall I love the GV70, it needs a few refinements, customization and offer a Hybrid and/or PHEV powertrain options for better fuel economy and acceleration performance. Genesis MUST separate completely from Hyundai/Kia Dealerships to truly elevate the brand to a luxury monicher. You don't see Volkwagons at Audi or Toyotas at Lexus. Get rid of the cable for the Mobile Connectivitiy (Carplay/Android AUto, mobile apps etc).

The vehicle is well built. Wheels are a bit complicated and hard to clean. I have no other feed back. Why would you put a minimum character count on a feed back form if the individual has no other comments to add about the vehicle. You should consider changing this.

Great car, very iffy ownership experience

The car goes, stops, and handles very well, and looks good doing it. It carries a good amount of cargo and is reassuring in bad weather (when the AWD drive works). The car is also a pain in the tail to buy, service, and repair (when the AWD fails or you have a fender bender). The one-and-only Genesis dealer in my area can be hard to work with and third-party shops don't know how to work on Genesis cars and can't get parts. The ownership experience is not what it should be. Speech recognition is somewhere worse than Cortana.

Superior Over Other Luxury Brands

I love this car in every way! There is no road noise at all and the car drives so smoothly. The car is equipped with so many features and options to customize it for each person. I really liked having both sets of mats (carpet and all weather) so I can swap them out during bad weather and not get my carpeted mats dirty.
